The television in our room kept disconnecting. The mattress on the fold out bed in the living room was very uncomfortable and some of the pillows were awful.

The location, easy access onto a beautiful beach. Most of the staff were lovely. The decor is gorgeous. The place is spotless clean Breakfast was really fresh and plenty of choice. The pools are great.

The food were really amazing and well prepared, missing salt to give a taste for the food. Took me two days with dinnes no salt to realize there was smal salt saches to use. After i discovered that was amazing.

Amazing staff, excellent location easy access to the beach, many amenities. At the date of my birthday I received champagne as a surprise present from the hotel.

Animation can do more - it is very soft Half board do NOT include drinks. This should be in and better specified on booking!

All the facilities really family friendly (for who has little babies) - food very nice - very well clean - staff super friendly - perfect location on the beautiful Plaja de Muro beach (that you need to pay - because in Spain all beaches are from the municipality)

The room cleaning would be improved, the floors were still dirty after cleaning. The bed-couch for our toddler was not safe (had extra spaces that he could fell, stick a leg inside), we opt for keeping the mattress on the floor.

The resort offers a huge amount of facilities: multiple pools, plenty of sun beds in front of the beach with shade, multiple restaurantes, kids play-center with air-co, cheap supermarket inside, many meals options for breakfast and dinner, and entertainment with different music styles every night. It's our second time there, and we definitely plan to come back again. The location is amazing, in front of Playa del Muro, with a beautiful sunrise and turquoise beach, and many restaurants nearby.

The private beach is just magnific, the friendly personnel everywhere including in the restaurant, the very good quality and variety of food/menus, the 4 swimming pools...lovely, our room with nice view, the strategic location of the hotel... We enjoyed amazing holidays on this beautiful hotel...!

The air conditioner in the room didn't work on the first day, during which temperatures hovered around 30C or higher. The staff made efforts to make accommodations for us, but it would have required going to a lesser value room at the same price since we already paid in advance. The repair took some time, but it was ready by the next afternoon. In the future, the make-ready staff should check the air conditioners ahead of check in, especially during the summer.

The location right on the beach could not be beat! There's nothing more relaxing than just stepping out of the hotel and almost right out to the sand and sea. The balcony looking out onto the ocean was perfect (see photo). The half board meals were pretty good, and the small cafes/bars provided some variety without having to go too far. The spa service staff were very friendly, too. Overall we really enjoyed the bulk of our stay.

Everything was premium, nothing to complain about.

Top services on all levels. Amazing breakfast with lots of options and fresh fruits everyday, 3 pools to choose from, my son was really happy and was able to run a lot on the property, lots of places where kids can play, the room was excellent and the cleaning services top quality.

We loved everything! The overall experience exceeded our expectations. Breakfast and dinner were included and both were excellent, with great variety and quality. The hotel is truly family friendly, with amazing spaces for kids and a fun and caring entertainment team. The staff was always kind and helpful. It was a wonderful stay and perfect for families. Nothing to complain about. The experience was far better than expected.

For the catering it was varied, but the fish options were quite limited, and not easy to keep food hot by time we had queued to get to the meat/fish section. Obviously it very difficult to keep things hot in a buffet situation, but some thought could go into managing that a bit better. Also I would say the desert selection could be less choice and more focused on nicer options than a lot of cakes that looked shop bought not made.

It was very clean, in a lovely position with the beach so close, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

struggling to remember any drawback, perhaps entertainment programme in the evening could be a bit more diverse but it id not bother us at all, in fact our child danced at every single one of the evening performances, both for children and grown-ups later

location is amazing, right on the beach with soft yellow sand, the sea is gorgeous turquoise, ever so slight gradual descent and as a result you have meters and meters of safe waters for swimming and splashing for the whole family, the hotel's territory is really big, equipped with absolutely everything (several outdoor and indoor pools, kids club, sports facilities including bicycle rental, spa, several restaurants/cafes/bars, gaming room, supermarket, even co-working space with a small library), the food variety is broad, all food was fresh and delicious, a lot of healthy choices

The shower unit was poor quality. The shower screen was too small, and having a shower flooded the bathroom. Information leaflet stated strictly no reservation of sunbeds. we adhered to this on our first day and could not get a bed with a shade.Beds with towels on and no people until mid afternoon. I queried this at reception and was told it was ok to reserve with a towel from 7am. I then had to join 6.30 sunbed march. It spoilt our holiday.

Zero flexibility to adapt to client needs and our apartment with lateral view didn’t have any view. The nice team at the reception offer the chance to change to another apartment in the middle of our vacation which we kindly denied since we have two little kids with all the logistics to change rooms. Instead we asked to leave our room a few hours later due to our flight and there was no flexibility without extra charges despite paying a premium for an apartment with lateral view and starting our vacation only one day later from what was planned due to flight issues etc. Nevertheless we really enjoyed the hotel, staff and location. We wrote an internal email and still have no reply. Perhaps here we might meet heard

I didn't like the fact you had to pay for the bed sun loungers next to the pool. This should not be the case. The hotel cost enough in the first place and you shouldn't have to pay extra for this - particularly as it is within the hotel vicinity. Also, the sun loungers on the beach exactly next to the hotel are 20 euros per day. Disappointing. The staff were not particularly friendly and a little dismissive when I had an issue with my room not being cleaned on one day - they told me I simply had to wait until the next day but I could have clean towels. The bedding was at the end of it's life - very old and not at all well fitting. The pillows were not even pillow (according to my son) who had to fold up towels to provide head support. There was NO air conditioning during our stay. Although this was advertised on booking.com, when I enquired about this at reception, I was told they don't turn the AC on until June in the whole hotel. This was misleading and made for an uncomfortable night given the temperatures were in the 20's and our room was looking out onto the street so having the door open at night was a little noisy.

I loved the location on the beach. There was plenty of space outside around the pools for beds and relaxing. The spa was great and the free toiletries were appreciated. The breakfast was great with a varied wide choice, fresh and tasty. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and reception smelt divine (some fragrance being pumped out there) Lots of lovely relaxing areas on the ground floor and didn't feel to packed. The evening entertainment of which I only saw on one night was actually really good - quality musicians Free parking at the hotel was great although you didn't actually need it as parking all around the hotel is free anyway.

Family hotel 4 stars very clean and modern with direct access to the beach. Appartements were renovated in 2025 (do correspond with photos posted on the website and booking) Staff is polite and kids friendly. Food is delicious. We took half board option: drinks are for free during breakfast and should be paid separately during the dinner (for ex: bottle of still water = 3.35 EUR; bottle of Mallorcan wine 29 EUR; prices for june 2025) Several swimming pools outside + 1 swimming pool inside (heated and kids accepted) Huge indoor playground for kids for all ages. Very appreciated 👏. Nice outdoor playground for kids > 2 years old. If you are looking for a quite place without kids, you should check for another hotel (adults only as an option) In front of the hotel you can find shops, restaurants, drugstore & car rental. Will come back again for sure.
