Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomProperty did not have running water after being there 12hrs. Don’t hear back for half hour about what was happening. Was asked by property manager to make several adjustments to valves and with quite unclear instructions. We ended up not being able to shower our first morning because of this. When asked for a partial refund they lied and said WE MESSED WITH THE PIPES and they helped fix. What on earth? I would stay far away from this management company despite the house being good. If you have an issue you will be left stranded or blamed.

SpainATTENTION TOURISTS , THIS HOUSE HAS SERIOUS PROBLEMS WITH THE WATER SUPPLY I am going to tell you about my experience with this accommodation, so that you do not be fooled as it happened to me: First of all, according to the agreement, I receive the accommodation for tourist rental on 07-24-2023 and my surprise is even greater, when the owner tells me that there is no water service coming from the street, due to a failure in a water pump reported by the Algaida town hall, and that would be resolved by the town hall that same day at night . As is public knowledge, no City Council in Spain suspends a basic service, such as water, without due notification and advance notice to its neighbors, so that they take the necessary preventive measures, therefore, the owner was aware of the incident and in I never communicated it to me before my arrival. On the other hand, the owner lies when saying that the fault would be resolved that same day, since in Algaida the days of my arrival and the following day were holidays, that is, July 24 and 25, and obviously the town hall would not resolve it in these 2 days. The owner is also lying , when he offered me as an alternative his own water pump that he had connected in his house to his own supposed water well, the water pump was not operational, nor did he have a well . His own water supply, and in the end he had me without water for 2 days and the alternative he offered me was to supply me with water from the neighbor's house, through a hose connection. Finally, the city council restored my water service on Thursday 07-29-23, that is, on my 4th day of stay. During all this time I was inconvenienced by the lack of water and having to interrupt my vacation to establish permanent contact with the owner, breaking my family privacy at all times. The owner refused to compensate me financially with 170 euros, which was the 10% that Bookiply suggested.
