There was a bad odour in the room, over our three days, which we think was coming either from the toilet or shower drainage. Better maintenance of drainage system would be beneficial.

It would be nice to have at least one shelf in the bathroom. There is no table. And also the bed was too soft for two, so I was always sliding towards my husband. And the advertised sound isolation isn't the best.

The room is clean, beautiful and really in the center of the city. The cleaning service was perfect. Our window was to the courtyard, so it was a calm place. The furniture is good and stylish.

It was frustrating to get inside. There was no reception in the hostal and we spent an hour calling, walking,the codes on the code pad were not working right but we received a lot of help from the personnel. When we finally entered the room we were very happy.

Our room had a private bathroom outside. That was ok, but it was impossible to have a shower there since the water didn't work at all or if it did it didn't have enough pressure. The windows were damaged and were impossible to close the inner doors so the light in the morning didn't get in. It was ok for a night but it was not comfortable enough for more than that!

The location was very good and the room was comfortable for 5 people (one was a child with 3 years old).

It is very easy to hear everything and everyone from inside the room. The walls and isolation feels very thin, so you can hear people talking in the other rooms and in the hallway.

The check in process was so unnecessarily difficult. The whole digital thing with codes being sent and uploading all your own details and copies of ID was stressful and there is no one to help you if things don’t work. Also a communal kitchen or some sort of self-catering facilities (fridge, microwave, toaster etc) would have been nice. The shower also leaks everywhere and goes all onto the bathroom floor despite there being a door.

It was clean and had a good location. Pretty decent value for money and it was comfortable enough for a couple of nights. Strong wifi too!

Noise from the street especially from the students living at the students' residence across the property talking at the top of their voices when coming and going into the early morning on Friday and Saturday nights. Slept very badly as a result. Interior rooms may be quieter.

Online check in process was very long, non-user-friendly and , finally, a failure , and likely to be a failure for others, , because the message said "you will receive an email with your one-time door code", but the email didn't arrive until ~10 hours later.. After waiting 15 minutes I whatsapped the office, ( note: this was not an offered service from them. The instructions were to either phone a number or walk 10 minutes to their office, in a nearby hotel. I was not inclined to having to do either of those options...). They whatsapped me the necessary code within 5 minutes. The EMAIL finally arrived about 12 hours later... This is not an experience any traveller wants to go through at the end of an arduous journey. It was like an "escape room" in reverse... The shared bathroom - shower door didn't close properly, so bathroom floor wet.

Difficult way to get in as there were no staff to attend you in the place. All was electronic. We booked parking and they answered 3 days later telling there were no place for our car... so we had to pay private parking. The room was quite small, and the bed was the most uncomfortable I have been in years.

The location. It was clean. Good value for the services and location.
