Prices in their restaurant are overpriced

The restaurant. We booked a table for dinner as it was our wedding anniversary. Although my wife speaks fluent Spanish she was given an English menu so she ordered in English. We ordered a steak for me and my wife had fish. The fish came but no sign of the steak. As we wanted to dine together so we waited a few minutes and then asked. It was clear that it had not been cooked. The steak arrived a good 20 minutes later. This ruined our anniversary meal. I should say both the fish and steak were very good and presented beautifully. As a learning point if your going to have an English menu make sure your employees understand it otherwise there is not much point so stick with a Spanish menu.

Breakfast was very simple scrambled eggs with toasted bread, coffee, ham and juice.

Breakfast stars normally at 8:30 am. However that was too late for me to get to work. They offered to have somebody come in at 7:30 am. Very nice.

We couldn't stay longer!

This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel, It is incredibly right on the beach of this beautiful Spanish resort with wonderful sea views, excellent facilities and friendly helpful staff as well as the best restaurant in town.

Maybe tea& coffee and a kettle in the room

Very good location easy to find plenty of parking nearby. The town was easy to walk around, dramatic scenery. We had lovely food in the evening, nice relaxing atmosphere, really good service and a lovely view. Breakfast was good with a good choice on offer. Staff were very accommodating.

No coffee before 8:30… there is no choice for cocktails at the restaurant ( other than gin and tonic)… may be because it was the end of the season…

The location is great, as well as the view …the stuff is nice and friendly - both at fro t desk and at the restaurant…

When I was booking I didn't specify a twin room as oposed to a double , totally my fault . Kay , the receptionist was amazing and managed to change a few things arouns to accomodate us . As the Hotel was full we appreciated this very much

Love this hotel . Small , family run . Right on the beach , Great food , lovely staff . Great value for money . Lovely room with a balcony overlooking the beach . There are a few rooms overlooking the road so would suggest specifing when booking

There was one jelly fish in the water and I got stung but the life guard was lovely and put some cream on which took away the sting!!

The location was excellent , so ideallic the water was clear as, the village itself so unspoilt and no tourists, only locals. We had dinner on the beach, table in the sand, was just fabulous. Wish we had stayed there longer!

Delicious food across the menu - I particularly liked enjoying a quiet time at breakfast, with lovely music playing against the background of the morning tide and birdsong. The only words that can describe the lingering feeling as I think back to those mornings are 'bliss', 'surreal' and 'dreamy'. The beautiful ocean-view room had stylish wooden and white decor, comfy beds, and a large, well-kept bathroom. Perfect location and scenery, every morning it felt like I was waking up from a restful sleep on a different planet or in a different century and the friendliness of each of the very welcoming members of staff and locals meant that my other-worldly experience continued throughout the day. Utterly quaint. With the opportunity of scuba-diving and kayaking literally a stone's throw away, about 50 metres from where the sea touches the warm pebbly shore, my stresses felt untangled and loose and all my problems seemed solvable. Looking forward to my return.

Service wasn't great, and I felt that we were an inconvenience. Granted we could have learnt a bit more Spanish, but certain members of the restaurant made us feel unwanted. A lot of staff were rushing around and didn't seem organised. We were seated in the restaurant and it took 30 minutes for them to take our order. Not all were like this, just a couple.

The location is perfect. The lady on Reception (from Shoreditch originally) was lovely and very helpful. It has two restaurants. One on the ground floor by the beach and one on the top floor which has magnificent views towards the sea. We ate downstairs and the food was great.
