Things which could do with improving: Tea and coffee took ages to be replaced Need more staff on the pool bar Be consistent with the limit of drinks per person as you have staff who aren’t bothered and those who do limit the drinks It took along time to empty the bins around the resort and didn’t think that looked particularly good Some of the outside furniture from the villas looks a bit tired Don’t advertise kids club for set times, and then cut them short as we weren’t able to use our spa day because of other events The range of the kids food does need expanding a little, it’s a bit limited Con’s: Lifeguard looking after the slide on his phone No lifeguards placed around the Pool generally whereas last time we came there we one sat watching the kids pool Please get some piped music outside around the pool - we were relied on by everyone for our speaker. It makes a good atmosphere

Pro’s: Recommended for families absolutely Entertainment for kids is amazing Free kids club Range of drinks were really good Food served through the day although 6.30pm for evening meal is too late with young children in my opinions Food was lovely Staff were very nice Issues dealt with promptly

This hotel is great for families with young children , it was very clean and staff were all lovely , only let down was the lunch and dinner. Lacked choice of main dishes . Or maybe they didn't have enough for the guests the time of our stay . However this would not put us off returning , maybe we would just opt for breakfast only next time . The beds were very comfortable and room was lovely- our daughter loved the children's pool.

Some parts needed renovations. The food situation was not that great. Limited options for lunch and dinner, and lacked seasoning. Moving around was an issues though, it was hard to get taxis in town. And there is usually a line up,

The cleanliness. My room was cleaned daily, and items like water, towels, tea and coffee were replenished daily. Overall good stay.

THE FOOD IS VERY ACCEPTABLE BUT NOT QUITE UP TO WHAT I EXPECTED THE BARS OFTEN HAD JUST ONE STAFF MEMBER ON SO THERE IS LONG QUEUES AT TIMES.

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE . ESPECIALLY THE FRIENDLY STAFF .. THE YOUNG GIRL BEHIND THE ADULTS ONLY POOL BAR WAS PARTICULARLY GOOD. I WILL DEFINATELY BE USING THIS HOTEL AGAIN NEXT JANUARY

Friendly reception staff, I was upgraded from half board to full board ,I arrived early to the hotel they checked me in room wasn’t available yet but they have a hospitality room you have access to and could start using the facilities straight away bonus points for that, hotel is very clean and staff around the hotel are friendly and facilities were good, room was large and clean with coffee machine and a mini bar, robes and slippers were provided along with a pillow menu, food is above average premium restaurant does have a premium feel to it and is comfortable received a free voucher for the spa location is around 10-15 mins walk to the promenade daily bus available to and from beach. I enjoyed my stay there from start to finish and will stay at this hotel again when I return to Lanzarote.

Reception staff varied from being very helpful and friendly, to very rude and unhelpful (Javier) my cousin and I were staying sole occupancy in the Premium Suites so spent quite a lot of money for our holiday. Javier was particularly rude and unhelpful and made us reluctant to go to reception to ask for any help during our stay. Housekeeping was hit and miss. Mini bar was not replenished at all apart from water.

Unfortunately, there is a water treatment plant next to the back of the complex &, wind-dependent, the smell is awful. This just meant that I couldn't sit out on the lovely terrace for the few days of my visit, which was a shame as my location within the complex was really nice.

Reception staff are welcoming, courteous & helpful. The upgrade to full board was a nice surprise. Food is very good with a wide variety & plenty fruit & veg. My room was spacious & clean with a daily bottle of water, meaning that I didn't have to carry one up from town. Pool area is very nice & the entertainment (aquafit, cheese & wine tasting, margaritas) etc were all an unexpected plus. Location is a bit out of town but the lovely walk is worth it (especially after all the lovely food)!

Bungalow cold and humid in January, there was even mold around one window. Hygiene could be better, e.g. the baby chairs in the restaurant were always dirty, never cleaned. Walking to the main street of Playa Blanca is 15 min, there was nothing around the hotel for a short walk- but there were free shuttles organised by the hotel.

Beautiful pool area, heated baby pool. Food was great in the buffet restaurant (considering that it's buffet).

Very comfortable, separate suite with tea/coffee/water and welcome bottle of Prosecco. Good spa facilities and tasty buffet. I was pleasantly surprised to be offered room and board upgrade.

Sadly, food needs a bit of attention and was a slight let down. Staff can do with some order and capacity to make things run smoothly during meal times.

Exceptional hotel for family holidays with kids. Pleanty of activities, games and entertainment available throughout the day. The staff were amazing in keeping the kids engaged, which meant parents could in return have some well deserved relaxation time. Great amenities, particularly the pool and onsite bar.

Not so much about the property but stay in general. I arrived late at night and was told the minimum about my stay. I had to find out from residents myself. The property was quite hard to find as the place is sprawling and not helped by reception teams lack of directions. I was upgraded to full board which meant I could have lunch too but you try and explain that to the snack bar near the adults pool. Half the time I paid to save the ordeal of another argument . For anyone thinking of booking , go all inclusive if you can - so much easier and cheaper. The hotel should create a wristband system which would show clearly what package each resident is on. They have it for the all inclusive so why not the others. The food wasn’t always great either. Breakfast was excellent and there were good choices. The evening buffet was hit and miss and the snack bar food menu near the adults pool was terrible. The staff in general are lovely but they are overworked as there aren’t enough of them. There weren’t enough staff in the evening and especially in the bar area. It’s unfair on all of them. It’s the same for housekeeping - not a lot of them and they work incredibly hard. I hope the hotel realises how great all their staff are.

Overall if was excellent. The main building was modern and super clean . The accommodation was excellent. I was in the premium accommodation end of the resort so had a self contained mini apartment big bedroom , spacious bathroom, small lounge area and outside terrace ( all ground level)
