The parking information was misleading. The hotel is about 300m up lots of steps from the nearest public parking. Google maps was useless

Breakfast was very basic.

Room was good value considering the excellent location, be aware it's an old building so has it's expected limitations. Bar /restaurant is onsite. Please be aware that parking in the old town is for residents only so a 10/15 minute walk is needed (not a criticism) although you can drop off luggage I believe.

The parking is a long walk from the hotel, at the bottom of a very steep hill. You can drive up only to drop off luggage. This is extremely inconvenient; if we’d known in advance, we would not have booked here. Also, there was a lot of noise from the hotel restaurant until midnight.

Very comfortable bed, excellent shower (large stall, great pressure and lots of hot water), nice breakfast included. This is a wonderful little hotel, but the parking situation is a big problem.

See above. Confusion over my dietary requirements, though hotel had been informed weeks in advance.

Breakfast disappointing and morning staff surly. Only 2 slices of toast and tea/coffee provided. Had to ask for fruit juice. No buffet or fresh fruit offered. Set time of 9am, with no flexibility.

The parking! If you use the correct parking location, it’s a huge distance uphill to the hotel. We used a carpark close by but at risk of police clamping apparently 😳 There are a couple of very steep steps into the accommodation which would be difficult with any mobility issues. There was also an issue with our arrival time (along with another couple) and the hotel was closed. We rang and a lady came after a short while to let us in.

The room was very nice and clean with a fab view.

The breakfast was served from 9:00 AM. The Staff communicated only in the Spanish language. Not able to park in front of the hotel. I had to park the car 5 minutes away.

It’s a resident only zone so visitor parking is about 10 minutes walk away. The steps into the hotel need a handrail. I unfortunately fell!

We spent just one night. We got an upgraded room, very clean and comfortable. The place is a bit like a museum, really nice. Good breakfast included.

The check in was a nightmare. When I arrived at the appointed time the hotel was closed. I called the number at the door and a woman assured to be there within 5 minutes. She arrived half an hour later, seemed to be upset that a customer is disturbing her. She just opend the door "you are in number 3" and dissapeared without another word. I did not feel welcome. The Wifi did not work at all. The room itself was nice. It is possible that someone doesnt like foreigners. But in this case: why working for a hotel??

The hotel ticked all the boxes, comfortable, well equipped, lovely location and clean nicely decorated room with free toiletries. Breakfast was simple and tasty. Hotel was easy to find.

I stayed for 15 nights on a cycling camp and the staff were amazing. They didn’t speak English but made communicating easy and always very helpful. Staff made you feel welcome and nothing was too much to ask for. Great value for money

The hotel's description as having "soundproof rooms" is rather misleading. Their "soundproof" in reality means that you will hear from the other rooms other guests conversations, running TV or somebody flushing the toilet etc. Internet was not provided. There are some WiFi available, but when I asked for password I was given details of WiFi which neither my phone nor my laptop could even find. Since nobody speaks English there I did not really bother to clarify and used my mobile data insted (unfortunately in my room mobile signal was not so good, so it was rather slow).
