How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Consider skipping breakfast in the hotel. There are plenty of great options nearby.
Great location! Great value for money! Staff was friendly and very responsive. While the décor is a little dated, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Super fast check-in and check-out.

The manager of the hotel (and anyone else) could not take responsibility for agreements made via Booking.com messages. We had an agreement with hotel to pay in cash during the check-in. My booking was canceled after a failed card charge. The hotel told me they don’t know who replies on Booking and couldn't help.
Very good service, spotless cleaning, excellent full board meals with plenty of meat, seafood, fruits, and desserts. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect location: beach and old town are within easy reach.

Breakfast was a bit hit and miss. Looks like there may once have been a bar next to pool, but not now, maybe if they could at least offer cold drinks from a vending machine up there.
Great location across from old town. All staff very friendly. Nice pool on top floor with large sunbathing area. Very clean, nice balcony.

The walls are very thin, and you can hear alot of conversations! There is no rooftop bar or facilities to get a drink whilst by the pool.
Location is great for the beach and old town. Pleasant staff. Breakfast was filling, and not a bad selection. Rooms were an ok size , maybe could do with a little updating. Nice balcony. They provide shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom.

The beds are not hotel beds which is always a pity :( they’re not very comfortable. You would expect more for the price.

Walls are quite thin, toy could hear people in the other rooms, but did not really bother us. Overall very good value for money.

The place is noisy as it is centrally located and the night is relatively inconvenient. Everything else is the acceptable and I highly recommend it.
The location is excellent, 5 minutes walk from the beach and at the same time 2 minutes from the city center. The staff is very friendly and everyone is ready to help. The food was good but could be better. Value for money is actually and the best option for an unforgettable vacation.

Noise isolation absolutely absent , you can hear even how people breathe in neighbour room, and how walk around , enough complicated to sleep in the night

There was 2 single beds . No kettle in room for tea and coffee but maybe that's not a thing in Spain..
Location was excellent. Place was cleaned every day.. Food was lovely.. staff were excellent. Would recommend for sure.

The food at all points was almost 1960’s. The restaurant is old. Tired. Basic. The food was mostly un-edible. The evening dinner was awful. Cold. Nothing matched up. It was in one word “horrific” Always book a breakfast at every hotel we ever stay at. But I would not have bothered in this one if i had time again. The cafes around the hotel would have provided 100% better food. Even the coffee was cheap.
