What a beautiful hotel. It's traditional in the nicest way with a real sense of history and story. The rooms and bathrooms are really spacious. Gorgeous wine bar for drinks and for breakfast. Ronda is a very special place and this hotel does it complete justice. Nice, welcoming staff.

Perfect location, very clean...spotless type of clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. There's a restaurant/patio downstairs by the lobby which was great for meals and cocktails. We enjoyed our experience.

It was a little hard to drop off your cases. But this was understandable.

Just needed a little more clarity about parking. The recommended and subsidised parking lot was full so we parked somewhere which was more expensive not knowing that there were reserved spaces for hotel visitors.

Perfect in every way. Stunning location. A beautiful, well maintained hotel with excellent attention to detail. The room was really luxurious with high quality bedding and towels etc. Breakfast was superb. A good selection all cooked to order. We will definitely return.

The breakfast was excellent. I would say one of the best breakfast we have had in a hotel. Eggs cooked to order, fresh fruit, cakes and pastries.

Bed was a bit soft for me and the air con was stuck on 21 degrees, it was 40 through the day and I wanted it cooler. A bit picky I know.

The hotel was excellent. Very clean, attention to detail. Location was perfect. Staff lovely. Food great and the wine......🤤

The parking. I am a 77 year old male who is driving in Spain for the first time. That being said, the hotel space for unloading passengers was missed the first go-around. I couldn’t read the sign, in Spanish, telling me it was ok to drive into an area to unload. Maybe directions on the Homepage for guests would be helpful. Gracias.

An ideal location for walking around. The staff was professional, helpful and made a special occasion (my birthday!) memorable by serving the group of four the cake we brought with us. Breakfast was delicious, more treats and options than we could have imagined. I must add here that the history of the property was tantamount to deciding on our lodgings. The photos, books and “air” about it is grand.

Parking is away from the hotel, which is understandable, but this could be better communicated ahead of the visit. Limited electric sockets in rooms.

Well presented historic building, very very clean and well maintained. Excellent breakfast and bar including food, wine and beer.

Check in was a little slow, but part of that was because it was thorough and the couple ahead of me had lots of questions!

Gorgeous property, incredibly helpful staff, and one of the most fun wine tastings I've done in ages. Perfectly central location. Was able to easily park long enough to drop bags, and then got discounted parking at a garage about a ten minute walk away that holds spots for hotel guests which reduced any stress about that. Highly recommend, want to come back!

In the hotel is very good restaurant Pura Cepa. I enclose pictures of two traditional Spanish starters: Pil Pil (Garlic Prawns with Chili) and Green Peppers (Pimientos).

We were very satisfied – a perfect choice! Ronda is absolutely stunning, and this hotel made our stay even more special. The building is impressive, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was generous and delicious – everything exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it!

The person at the reception the day of our departure, it was a man… he was not friendly talking , compared to the lady the day before 😥
