We had a great stay in beautiful surroundings. The accommodation is a good starting point for hiking, cycling, and more. The owners helped us with hiking trails and renting bikes. A beautiful place with historic charm. Good to know: there is no grocery store or restaurant nearby unless you have a car.

If you like hiking/nature then this is an excellent stay for couple of days, not more.

There is absolutely no phone coverage (none of the networks), and extremely bad internet (works mostly outside the house), which might be ok otherwise, but we had to work part-time and really needed communications. Breakfast was ok, but everything is store bought without a special/local "touch". After more days you just want something different than toasts and sausage/ham. Some yoghurt, fruits and home-made pastry would be better. No grocery store nearby and no options to get anything at the guest house, if you dont have a car, then only option is to get to the nearest village - either by hiking there (5km) or asking owners to take you.

nice traditional homes to stay in, pool, easily accessible by train, quiet, hiking trails and bike rental nearby.

Wifi isn’t great and TV didn’t work. there were also a couple wooden steps in the room which weren’t super stable

Lovely quite place, definitely to switch off from the big cities. I liked the apartment and the outside area, pool is also great for the sunny hot days and the staff is super nice
