It was very hot in the room and the fan wasn't enough. When we're leaving though they were installing air conditions in every room. Bad timing 😋

The staff was very friendly and the location superb. The rooms were cleaned every day and there's enough space to chill, have a coffee and eat in the balcony. Even though there's no fridge in the room, a big one was available in the common living room.

The room walls are very thin, thankfully there weren't many guests and the ones who were there were quiet. Some things that could be improved somehow are, - providing a place where to wash the dishes or the utensils used, - provide recycling bins, at least in the common area.

The location, the room, and the place was wonderful. We enjoyed having a fridge and a microwave available that we used for keeping breakfast stuff. Having breakfast on their terrace was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I hadn't realised there was no reception, so when I arrived at the entrance it was locked and I couldn't enter. There was a telephone number which didn't work. I tried calling another number and finally got through and into the property. All very stressful! The room was comfortable, but a little cold as heating didn't work. It was possible to get out to view the cloister and garden from above which was fantastic and you could sit out there and admire it. I would definitely return now I know how to get into the property.

We had problems about the door of the room for some reason reasons was difficult to close and open the key. The room was very hot and noisy. We could hear very well the people next our room. The small ventilator what we had in the room couldn’t manage to make the room more cooler. Unfortunately there was nobody to ask something in the reception cuz we haven’t seen stuff there. Overall the stay was nice but kinda overpriced due of circumstances , it should have some things fixed to reach the price what we payed. 850€ for 6 nights without anything included .

The property has a very nice location and a beautiful building.The room was very clean with the basic things towels , toiletries as shampoo and shower gel.

The breakfast room and catering facilities were poor. It was good that there was a fridge and a kettle but there was nothing else really - no crockery, no mugs, no cutlery, no washing facilities, no cooking facilities other than two toasters and a very small microwave. This meant that it was almost impossible to eat more than a piece of toast or a pastry and a cup of tea or coffee. But that was difficult without anything more than paper cups. For us, we would probably choose another venue because we would want to be able sometimes to eat in rather than always having to eat out. It makes the holiday much more expensive.

The location was absolutely amazing. It was fantastic to be right in the very centre of the historic old part of the City. Everything was so handy and close and it was great to feel really part of that. The view from the room into the centre of the building was incredible. We liked being able to practice yoga on the terrace outside and to have seats outside to relax. The room service was excellent and the room was beautifully cleaned and beds made every day. We didn't expect that and it was great. The cleaning staff were friendly and polite and cheerful. Communication was very clear and quick with management and they were helpful too.

Check in procedure should be communicated beforehand. Also found a few papers in the room for us to fill in even though no one told us to. Only found out how to pay local taxes right before we left. Bed is very hard. Doors way too loud.

Great location, appreciated having water and coffee. Only met staff right before leaving, but they were nice. Overall pleasant stay.

I think it meets the expectations for someone who seen already the photos here on booking. The builiding is very beautiful. The location is also great, right in the center of Ciutadella, where you have access to a lot of buses that can go to other parts of the island. The room is very simple, but it has what you need for a stay of few days. The beds are made every day and towels are changed every 2 days. There is also a shared room with a microwave, a fridge, a coffee machine and a kettle for anyone who wants to use them.

Beds are too hard. They should install air co. They should make sure every room has its coffee machine in order to avoid reaching the breakfast room. The majority of the rooms had it but unfortunately not ours that was on the opposite side of the breakfast room.
