No netflix. But I can live with that!!

An amazing hotel. The generosity of the staff is incredible. You will never have a breakfast as good as that served here, not in taste, presentation & quantity - even paradors don't match up. There is also a generous 5pm free serving of tapas and cava or chocolate in the bar area. The good sized room & bed was extremely comfortable offering armchairs too. I loved having the luxury of a bath. Good lighting. Decoration of hotel throughout is delightful and cosy. At night the hotel was quiet. Around Vielha is plenty of free parking. But you may have a short walk to hotel though you can pull up to hotel to drop luggage off but you do have to reverse back out to pedestrianised road. We were so impressed we stayed a second night. Thank you to all staff and especially the chef owner. I cannot believe you are only a 2 star hotel. You set the standard higher than many 4 and 5 star hotels achieve.

The beds ( twin) had too many covers and if you took them off there was nowheree to put them. The shutters let in light.

Although Booking suggested no dinner service, the hotel had, by the time we aarived, opened the restaurant for dinner. It was quite possibly one of the best dinners I have ever enjoyed in 50+ years of travel. The food, it's presentation, the wine and service were all excellent.

Loved everything!

Beautifully decorated, cozy. One of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in. Every corner in the room and public area feels cozy, like a home, not like a hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast was superb! The best hotel breakfast we have had. Abundance of choices, very beautifully served, and all very tasty.
