Great place to stay for one night pre ferry crossing. Car parking available. The staff are extremely helpful, even carried our cases. Comfortable room with everything you needed. Fairly short walk to restaurants and sights.

The pool was more of a relaxing pool rather than a swimming pool.

The location was a short walk from the town and beaches. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne and given information about the local area. We were also supplied with complementary coffee, juice and snacks each day.

The hotel was spotlessly clean with very friendly, knowledgeable staff. They recommended places to eat, which were very good. The room was beautiful with complimentary fruit juices and snacks. The location was perfect, very close to bars, restaurants, and shops. Parking on the street was very difficult to find and the spaces were very small.

Location walking distance to restaurants, bars, beaches and to Explore Santander. Pool was an added bonus. Quiet place to relax and read while dipping in and out of the pool to cool down.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel from start to finish. We were greeted with champagne on arrival and then were personally shown to our rooms (and our luggage was carried for us). The rooms are light, airy, well equipped and easy to keep cool. Every day complimentary breakfasts were provided in the rooms and there were tea and coffee making facilities. The pool was a bonus and lovely to relax in after a day out exploring Santander and our son made good use of the gym. The location was excellent. Restaurants, shops, bars, tourist highlights all within easy walking distance. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay - offering to book taxis to the bus station and looking after our luggage after check out. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Should repurpose the unused reception area in the second building as simple, self serve continental breakfast option. Hot drinks and local pastries. Would add greatly to the experience

Excellent staff. Excellent standard of facilities. Great ambience. Really good location. Nice 20min walk to beautiful beach. Easy 5mins walk to lots of bars and food. We look forward to returning.

A wonderful boutique hotel in a lovely area, just over 10 minutes from the ferry port. We were warmly welcomed with a glass of cava and shown to a spacious, modern suite with great views, a fantastic shower and thoughtful touches like fresh fruit and coffee pods. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, and secure parking was a bonus. Just a short walk to the old town for drinks and tapas. Highly recommended – we’d love to return!

We thought we had parking included but it wasn’t so had to find a park on the street.

The property was stylish and the room was modern and cute. Welcome drink was a bonus. We liked the fact that it had a pool and gym but didn’t get to use. There was also a great cafe/restaurant over the road called iSabor which served a very reasonably priced dinner and breakfast and the staff were great. Thank you.

The pool is tiny, understandable in an urban setting but it is very small. We nicknamed it the puddle.

The air conditioning in the room takes a very long time to start working ( at least an hour to take effect) and then works very well ! The pool surface is resin and is quite rough on your feet

The bathroom door was very loud and very disturbing at night as you woke up the other person.

Nice hotel and good location near the city center. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Daily local snacks were a nice surprise. As a tip... prepare cutlery/plates for two people.
