A small but pleasant city centre location, ideal for us passing through, but also for tourist.

Finding the underground carpark, two streets away was a challenge, since we didn’t know what it looked like or how to enter it. After some educate guesswork, we found it but were very disappointed to discover that even though we could easily fit our three bikes into one space, we were forbidden from doing so – we were never told why. It would have made securing the bikes together for security easier. Checking out was easy but I insisted on taking a copy of my paid bill with me to the car park to prove that we had paid the fee already. I was glad that I did because the attendant didn’t seem to know about us (maybe a change of shift?), until I presented the bill, whereby he looked us up in a book and were allowed out.

We were three men travelling on our motorbikes, so driving right up to the entrance lobby was very useful for us, as we had only a short distance to take our heavy bags. The room suited us well for three single men, and we were close to all amenities for a meal in the evening but drove off the following morning looking for our breakfast along our route. We were glad that the room had air conditioning on this very hot day, but disappointed at how little space we had to put our things.

El Acebo.is clean comfortable and the staff are very accommodating. The location is great v central but wasn't too noisy even at the front of the hotel. It was also extremely reasonably priced.

If l was going to be picky. The bathroom tiles made it look dated.

You couldn't get more central. Right next to the cathedral and all the restaurants and bars

Great location, sparkling clean, wonderful details. The only thing was the mattress -- we found it too tough. But some people like it this way.

We chose a standard room, but it really is very small, with a small double bed. Tea making facilities somewhere in the hotel will help a lot - we stayed on their rest day, with no breakfast available, but there are nice cafe's close by.

Wonderful quiet location in the pedestrian zone, with a lift to the 4th floor.

The room had a skylight that opened, but no other window. It felt a bit box-like.

The front desk staff were very nice. The location was great. There’s a good coffee shop downstairs.

Booking.com states there is parking at the hotel, there isn’t. Parking is available at a secure public car park about 300m walk from the hotel, at a reduced rate of €17 for 24 hours.

    Clean and friendly staff.

Nothing really, we didn't stay long enough. Although there is public on street parking a short distance walk away it wasn't really adviseable for motorcycles so we paid extra. Getting food during the Spanish holidays is very difficult, everywhere was extremely busy and you needed a reservation to get food. We had to resort to a tapas bar.

El Acebo is well situated in the heart of Jaca. The receptionist was very helpful and assisted us with organising the parking for our motorcycles which was in a separate public underground car park (separate fee). The rooms were clean and well maintained.

The restaurant was not open in the evening during the week, which was unfortunate as the torrential rain on our arrival meant we had to find a restaurant in less than ideal conditions! A listing of recommended restaurants would have been helpful.

Centrally located in a pedestrian area, close to restaurants and bars. Breakfast in the adjacent restaurant was excellent and very good value
