Mentioned before that the shower head attached was uncomfortable. The apartment was not very clean this time, especially the bath which had black sports and stains. Also the temperature was very cold when I checked in, but just turned the air conditioner off.

Second time booking and had another comfortable stay for a good price. Location was safe and convenient with easy transport access to Madrid, TV with Netflix is a plus, and staff was attentive on WhatsApp. The apartment has all the facilities required. There's also a restaurant in the building and a vending machine in the lobby with drinks, snacks, sandwiches and coffee.

Nice location, good enough cleanliness (the toilet in the en suite had a bad smell) and WiFi was weak, bad if you need to entertain kids, but overall, it was good for what we needed it

The bed had to be pulled down and up everyday day, due to the small space. It was a heavy unit and a hassle.

Shower head, you can't move it. No human contact although it wasn't an issue since staff was attentive via WhatsApp. Could have more kitchen utensils.

Clean, good size, close to public transport, good facilities in the area, TV with Netflix, comfortable bed, well equipped, staff attentive, easy and early check in. Good for price, will come back.

The building was a bit old, we had water leaking from the ceiling from where the AC unit was.

The check-in process was very simple, all done through your phone, digital keys, etc… might be a problem if you didn’t have service/wifi. Good AC.

The apartment was quite small but tidy. In my honest opinion just a regular hotel room. The photos on Booking.com displayed an entire apartment not the two bed room we got.

The staff was very nice. The price on the apartment was the best that we could find in all of the Madrid area. Really happy with the price.

There is few things could improve like ahand showers instead how is the shower now , umbrella for the trace specially in summer cause is hot and even in winter if It's rain . Last electric kettle

In our room there were not enough pillows. When we asked the staff about it they weren't very helpful and nice. The manager, small tiny man said "it is enough pillow for me to sleep, I use the same at home" and my husband 190cm high big man with broken shoulder had to accept this explanation ?? He needs at least two big pillows but not one tiny-tiny one. and they entered our room without our permission. We didn't stay there and moved to another hotel but we never received our refund from this hotel.

We was not 100% pleased with our stay. The rooms are not soundproof in the slightest. We could hear people’s conversations next door every night until very late and children were playing in the corridor outside their room and our room with their room door open until the early hours one of the nights. We were also woken up by the neighbouring rooms shower in the early hours of the morning (around 5am) and I’m assuming, if it was the same as the shower in our room, the water falls so heavily it is excessively loud when hitting the base of the bath. We had to put the air conditioner on to drown out the noise every night. The walls were also stained. The shower head was taped together.

Contactless check in. Vending machine in lobby. Visually appealing, especially from the outside and the lobby in comparison to other accommodations in the area. Restaurant and bar on site. Close to local amenities, bus stops and train station. Lots of storage in the room. Fridge in the room was very nice to have to keep beverages cold. Air conditioning and heating. Close to parque Warner by bus.

The room seemed not clean then my partner got issues with her nose and skin. We did not meet any staff and nobody asked how we were. We stayed for one week but no clean up or towel changes. The noise isolation is bad, you can basically can hear anything from adjacent rooms.

The location is good. It is just less than 10 minutes to the station.
