Spacious rooms with plenty of pillows, AC worked well, ten-minute walk to the nearest metro station, free on-street parking.

Breakfast was good but would have been better if there are more options to choose from . Also the meals were same they could have been slight change in the menu on a daily basis

The fact that there was no dinner option and also I have to pay for snacks in the fridge it should have been included in the fees

It was worth of money. The stay was what I expected. I travelled with my three children and they managed very well to go twice a day to underground station and back to hotel. There is a swimming pool, empty at the opening, but full in the afternoon sunshine. Some staff were very nice. The room is great, it has everything we needed. Cleaned very well. Breakfast was not very much to choose from but for us it was ok.

The lifeguard at the swimming pool does literally nothing. Not much to do, but still sometimes little children do not behave, are dangerous to themselves as well and when parents dont react, lifeguard should at least point out some rules. Also, in the picture of the swimming pool there are sunbeds, but in reallity there are different ones and very damaged. I slept on the coach, it was not comfortable at all, there are bumps on one side, at least my children slept well. If you need, there are refreshments in the fridge for money, of course. Also, you have to pay for the coffee, which is not usual these days, it should be included in the price.

The staff were incredibly polite and professional. When I wanted to work in the breakfast room but not eat breakfast, that was no problem and I was allowed to purchase only a coffee. Across the street was a lovely bar for breakfast and lunch and a block away there were lots of bars, restaurants, and shops. The front desk staff arranged our taxi for our early morning flight and everything went very smoothly.

No complaints, everything was clean and comfortable.

Both the staircases and elevators would benefit from refurbishment, and enhanced interior lighting would significantly improve the overall ambiance of the hotel.

The lobby area doesn’t look good, old furniture and decor.

Comfortable beds, clean linens. The room is quite basic. It has a coffee machine, but the capsules are available for an extra charge. Friendly staff. Free street parking is available near the hotel. Clean environment. Rooftop pool available.

The listing on Booking stated that all taxes and fees were included, but we were charged an additional €60 upon arrival for a 2-night stay for four people (2 adults and 2 children). The pool is small and shallow, and it was crowded, with not enough loungers for everyone.

Rooms were large and very comfortable. Excellent location very close to metro

Great value for money. Only 10 min walk from metro stop. Friendly staff. Rooms were bigger than I expected. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 teens.

The entire property. Not clean, there was no door in the bathtub, the sink and bathtub were clogged. Also the curtains were damaged.

The staff was very friendly and the room spacious. The location was also good.

My room was close to the sidewalk, so it was a little noisy.

Very kind and helpful receptionists, large room, clean bathroom, ideal location and parking facility
