Flow of air conditioning throughout apartment was quite poor - the main bedroom was several degrees warmer than the living room at night. The angular metal interior doorknobs are actually a hazard. Everything single one of us struck our arms on the sharp corners of the knobs at least once (I personally struck my arm 5 times on the hallway bathroom door, one time drawing blood). I would suggest replacement of these handles as they are a striking hazard. Customer service in the main office is inconsistent. There were two very nice ladies that helped us, one that is jaded in her attitude toward her job and one who felt unfriendly. Sorry, didn't get their names...... Lastly, we were totally unclear about housecleaning....no one ever visited our apartment during our stay to inquire about our needs. It took us a few days to realize we had to take out our own trash, something that I have never had to do before anywhere else.....I don't think our neighbors ever did realize that requirement.

The location is incredible. The apartment was comfortable - well appointed kitchen, plenty of hot water, nice washing machine and lots of towels. I'd stay here again.

What an incredible stay from start to finish! Facilities, including the air con were impeccable and beds super comfy and the large balcony was a lovely touch! Staff also couldn’t have been nicer and were happy to help with anything. Location was also great and close to many shops. Only thing that was a little bit of an inconvenience is that the hot water was not working in the second bathroom shower, other than that I can’t fault this place! Definitely can see myself coming back as Barcelona is one of my favourite cities and if the price is reasonable this will be the first place I will look to stay at! Thanks again to the wonderful staff for an amazing stay!😊

Reception was a bit of distance from the apartment and on arrival with all our cases that became an issue. Also google maps confused the address with the Le Ramblas street in Barcelona - it would have been good to have a google map link in the description.

We stayed in the Durlet apartments for three days and had a wonderful experience. The place was very clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—just a short walk to great restaurants, cozy cafés, the beach, and the city center. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The management and staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

I have nothing to complain about.

The apartment was ideal size. We especially love the living room, where after each evening we share stories from our day, etc… The Street right next to the property is also great. Many different restaurant, patosseries and supermarkets. All you need just a few steps away from the apartment. Maybe a bit pricey, but for a group of four people - worth every penny

Christian, who greeted us was extremely friendly and helpful. As we had arrived early and the apartment was already ready, we were allowed in a couple of hours earlier than normal. Very clean. Two separate bathrooms for the two rooms. Two sets of towels for each person. Very comfortable beds and a nice living room with sofa and dining table. The kitchen had everything we needed (only thing missing was a peeler/grater for vegetables). Ideally located a few minutes walk away from the beach. The nearest bus stop was 5 minutes away, whereas the metro/subway was 10-15 minutes away. Shops, cafes and restaurants all located nearby. There was no great view from the window but we only used it to sleep and eat breakfast and occasionally supper. We were very happy with our stay and highly recommend the apartments.

The location is perfect! Few steps from the sea also a lot of supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries right next to the apartment. The street is full of shops. 3 min from the bus station and 20 min with bus to the Cuitadella park, Arch de Triumph, etc. Also a metro station 6-7 min away. Great kids spaces on the way to the beach! It was clean and comfortable, a lot of space for a family of three, two bathrooms, nice balcony, easy access. Everything you need in the kitchen. Probably the only thing I noticed that is missing are more caffe capsules, salt and pepper but I’m sure that if we asked for more they would give us immediately. And the best stuff we’ve ever met! So nice, kind, helpful and with a huge smiles on their faces! Thank you guys because you made our stay better than we expected. They also let us leave our luggage at the office because we had a late flight and helped us to enjoy our last day. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you for being so nice!

it is cozy area, 3 min to the beach. 10 min to Mercadona market (recommended), a lot of small cafe around. Minimarket in the same building (possibility to buy something to eat/drink/etc).

It was really comfortable flat with 2 bathrooms. Near to the bus stop. Easy to access to the center. We have checked in quite early at 9.30. It was excellent after a long flight. Thanks for their warm welcome. I would like to stay there again.

I liked everything. The flat has enough space for 5-6 people. It is very cozy and warm and has everything you need for you comfortable stay. The surrounding area is full of restaurants and bars and quite close to the sea and city center. Despite being in a quite busy area, it was very quiet at night.

The 200 euro security deposit not advertised . Poorly provisioned 4 coffee pods for 3 days for 2 . Salt pepper in packets oil vinegar in plastic pods . Shower screen door does not close and water goes everywhere . Shower head kept falling off .Tv control worked occasionally it needs replacing .
