Good location, clean apartment and very nice staff. We really enjoyed our stay and we appreciate very much the kindness and patience of the owner. The appartement has all the amenities you need to have a great vacation. Sun umbrellas and sand toys available for the children.

Address of the apartment for the taxi was bit misleading, but it was cleared with the help of the owner.

Super nice owner! Apartment was clean and decorated with attention to details! Location is great, close to the beach. Parking and swimming pool available. We enjoyed our stay there together with our 2 kids.

Very nice place for two people. Nice view from the balcony. Clean and comfortable. Place in the car park available what was really helpful once we rent a car to see a little bit more that the Los Cristianos only. Apartment equipped with all you need. Washing machine, internet tv, good WiFi, iron and even chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Thanks Marcos for your hospitality.

The owner was very nice, waited for us, explained everything, showed us the keys to the house gate, etc. There were many practical things in the apartment, such as threads, bandages, but also a swimming ring for a child, a mattress, and a beach umbrella. There was a coffee service and many amenities. In addition, there were many nice things, such as a stylish clock, lighting, ventilation control, etc. I felt as if I was visiting a family, not an unknown person. It's a very nice feeling. The view from the window of the sunsets and the ocean was also super. It's best to check it yourself, I recommend it.

sometimes it was noisy on the street but it didn't depend on the owner and fortunately it didn't bother us on our floor.

The apartment was very clean, close to the beach and restaurants. The host was very nice, and welcoming, and offering lots of information . The view is gorgeous and the pool is nice and clean. The kitchenette was well equipped.

The property is in an excellent position and close to the promenade, beach and restaurants all walking distance. The host was easily contactable and very accommodating to any of our needs or issues.

The temperature in the room was quite warm as there was no air conditioning - there were multiple fans provided which really helped but i feel if there was air conditioning, this would make the stay a 10/10

We had an excellent stay in this apartment. It is very clean, modern, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for our comfort. The proximity of the apartment to the main attractions and amenities is a real plus, which made our trips very easy. The owners are extremely professional and were always available to answer our questions and assist us if needed. Their warm welcome and availability really made a difference and made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.

Marco was a great host, the apartment was exactly what we expected, comfortable and in a great location, close to the beach, shops, restaurants and bus stops.

We are very pleased with our entire stay. Great location, clean, beautiful and well equipped apartment in quiet surroundings. Lovely pool area and proximity to everything we needed and more. Very service-minded landlord, who did everything to ensure that we had a good stay. Highly recommended ✨

Marco was an excellent host and nothing was too much trouble for him. I had a problem with the remote control for the TV and he attended within 30 minutes and remedied the problem. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything that could be needed for your convenience. The location was ideal overlooking the promenade, sea and pool. It was lovely sat in the apartment watching the world go by. The supermarket attached to the complex was very handy and had the essentials and nice warm rolls daily. I highly recommend the apartment.

The apartment is in a wonderful state, feels like brand new and still very cosy. A lot of care and attention has been paid to the details, and Marco, the owner is lovely.

Apartment is very close to the beach, clean, spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchen, friendly owner, easy to stay in touch.

Well presented and clean nicely furnished very home from home.Had everything you needed microwave , toaster ,cooker . Although we didn't really use them as we ate out all the time.On the 4th floor with lift so had a nice view down the promenade and seaview.Owner was really helpful to make sure we had a pleasant stay.

Good Location, could see the sea from balcony. Clean, nice welcoming touches with fruit, water, wine and sweets for the children. Owner, Marco very accommodating when our flight was delayed and we had over an hour wait for the car hire.

Location of the object is great for family- it is near to the centre of all happenings, there are several nice beaches (la Vistas) yet it is quiet during night
