The first two days of our days were bank holidays, it was a bit difficult to find a parking place nearby. Later on when the peak season ends, it's very easy. We stayed for a week, 2 toilet rolls, 3 bin bags , 3 washing tablets were provided but we would hope the host could provide more on request. We had to end up buying from the supermarket.

This is a great place to stay , walking distance to the nearest beach and very quiet at night. I particularly like the view from the terrace and we watch the sunset every day. The room is very clean, the shower water is powerful and the host was very responsive.

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean and comfy bed. Had a great balcony. Generally very quiet, apart from one night when some neighbours were locked out! The apartment is high up so long walk down hill to the beach/restaurants and up again!

Very quiet complex, within walking distance of supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment was clean,it had everything we required, the balcony was perfect for relaxing on. Would definitely stay here again when we visit Tenerife next.

Parking next to the complex is full 99% of time , you end up parking uphill quite far , thus not too good if you plan to drive

It was a bit hot in the apartment (we went in August).

The view and the balcony were amazing. Apartment has everything you need (oven, dish washer, washer, microwave, fridge and other). It was a secure neighborhood with a gate and a security guard. Communication was excellent.

I've spent four weeks in DremView apartment combining vacation and remote work. The view was truly stunning. Walk to Torviscas beach was taking about 15 minutes. Faster with electric scooter. Owner and apartament administrator were both very responsive and helpful. I.e. when I encoutered some turbulences with Internet connection. They reacted quickly and effectively. It was a pleasure, thank you.

The hosts could not do enough for us. Communication was excellent from the moment we booked, with information provided a few days before, when we arrived and when we were due to leave. The apartment was clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need and more... welcome drinks, tea, coffee, washing machine and dishwasher, and extra blankets. The views were spectacular and apartment complex, safe and well kept.

We stayed 8 nights. First 6 we did not encounter major problems, so we were going to rate it as a minimum 9. Then, the last 2 days ruined the whole experience: - firstly, we found something similar to a big cockroach in the bathroom, but I killed it and we overlooked it. - secondly, the next morning, the first thing I ve seen when I woke up that morning was an insect / worm (firstly they said it was a termite, but after they acknowledged it as a wood worm) on my pillow. - then, after 15-30 minutes, as we were getting ready to pack to go to the beach, we discovered that all our clothes were full of these insects / worms. Not the clothes for the beach, but all the clothes we had with us… We basically spent most of our last day trying to air them out and clean everything. We also bought some anti-insect sachets as a precaution and deposited all the clothes in separate zipper bags. Also, as precaution, we sent all the clothes to a professional laundry cleaning firm. In the meantime, we contacted the owner. Firstly he apologised and seemed interested in finding a solution. But here we encountered the most disappointing fact. We already were extremely disappointed to discover live insects present in the rented room - as this has been the first time we have ever encountered such a situation in any accommodation booked. You can imagine the presence of insects made it very uncomfortable and unacceptable to remain in the room. So when we contacted the owner, we also requested a room change, but the response we received from him was an article stating that the “termites are not harmful to humans”… I found this response to be dismissive and unprofessional, as it did not address the seriousness of the situation nor provide an adequate solution. In the end, we were forced to sleep in the infested room, which significantly affected our comfort during the last night of our stay.

Good location - also there was a big street where you could find parking spots.
