The bed was 2 single beds pushed together so sometimes they would separate and it was a little annoying. Also there was a TV in the room however you could not connect it to the WiFi and therefore couldn’t connect the phones.

It was in an excellent location. Very central. The pool was bigger than I was expecting & there was a bar up there where you could get a drink. The room service was great, the food was really nice and it came really quick. The building was very clean & the house keeping staff were great at their jobs.

I didn’t like that the AC was always on full blast, it was so cold in the lobby like in a fridge. And in the room even if the AC was not on it was still a bit chilly. I also would have appreciated a little bit more diverse breakfast and the daily replacement of shampoos and some hair conditioner.

I loved the location (close to the airport and city center as well, loads of bars in the neighborhood) and that it had a rooftop pool. I also had very good sleeps during the night since the bed was very comfy. They also have smart TVs in case you just want to stay in and chill for a while. There is also a supermarket and a tabaco store right next to it.

Very busy around pool, not enough beds or parasols. Only 2 Parasols for the whole ‘ solarium ‘ area on level 5, in August, in 35 degree heat 🥵

This is our third time staying at the Don Paco. We love to location, pool area and rooftop bar

Only complaint is that they could do with a lot more umbrellas on lower deck area - it was too hot to sit in sun whilst we were there - 45 degrees

Its a good hotel in a fabulous location - really close to city centre and Las Setas area. Its a little old fashioned in decor - but everything works well. Staff, especially breakfast staff were lovely. Front desk very useful for booking activities and taxis. Fabulous air con. Good rooftop bar.

Would be a 4 stars with a blanket and a bar where we can order fresh coffee/ cortados!

I didn’t like the fact that there weren’t a white blanket; there was only a white sheet to cover yourself which was not enough. In this case, the service was poor and unthoughtful. To explain, I got cold during the night of the 20th of august and went at 6:00 am in the morning to ask for a blanket. A male service agent told me that someone will be there within 15 minutes to hand me a blanket. At 10:00 am when no one arrived, I went again to ask for the blanket. They told me that they will check and that they will deliver it to my room or they will give an extra sheet. I left and came back in the evening to see the matter unsolved not attended to. I slept with the cold for another night. The issue with the sheets is that there’s an ac. If you turn it off, it’s too hot. If you keep it open, it’s too cold. They got to have a blanket. Another issue, there’s a bar, but it’s closed. If you love the barista experience ( where the beans are smashed in front of you and the espresso is poured out) this is not the place for you as you only get coffees from machines ( i.e., poor coffee).

Room of 2 single beds was spacious( be careful not to book the double bed as it wasn’t spacious). Room included a fridge. Staff were nice in general. The open buffet with the breakfast has nice variety ( also for ppl who don’t eat pork you’d get turkey eggs etc). The fresh orange juice was the cherry on top.

Although I really enjoyed this hotel, I think they could do better managing the pool. They sometimes opened the pool late and not at 10AM like they advertised. We sometimes had to wait for the cleaning until 10:45AM, perhaps they could clean it from 9-10AM instead. Finally, I think having a staff person close by could help as many people did not shower before entering the pool or went in the pool with loose hair which made the pool dirtier.

The friendly staff, the great rooftop with the pool, the excellent breakfast, the big room, the cava offered at check-in

The swimming pool should really do with constant water replenishment. I went in an early evening and it was salty without visibility, whitish colour even....it was filthy and I couldn't bear staying in it for one minute. The facilities could look a bit run down and outdated. The room could have a mirror apart from the one in the shower room.

Room although small but clean with air conditioning. Staff were helpful. Walkable to the old town area.

Not so much didn’t like as we lived this hotel but After 3pm the pool area gets busy so no beds but plenty of room to still around the bar area.

The location for the price was perfect. The beds were possibly the best hotel bed we’ve slept in! The pool area was clean and tidy with amazing views. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There was hairs in the sink in our room which I removed quickly.

The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice even alternative milk. The pool was a bonus and greatly appreciated in the heat, the rooms were comfortable and quiet and the location was central to walk everywhere we wanted to visit. The staff were helpand friendly.

Having ants in our bathroom and the fact that we could hear the room next door when opening their tap/shower.

I loved the warm welcoming of the staff in the hotel, the staff at breakfast and those at the pool. The hotel and communal facilities are very clean and smells very nice as you walk into the reception area. The room had air con and worked perfectly, also there is a fridge to keep your drinks cool. The beds were comfortable and plenty of storage space and plugs near the bed. The bathroom had 2 sinks and was very roomy. The only "but"is that we found a few ants as soon as we arrived. We weren't bothered by it and didn't mention it, as they stayed in the bathroom, but for a 3 star hotel I wasn't expecting to find this kind of issue. The pool is big enough and open almost all day. They provide towels and can get drinks from the bar too. Breakfast was 10/10 from organisation to cleaning and quality of the buffet. There were milk alternatives and a corner for gluten/sugar free items. Location suited us well too. Overall very good, I would come back and would recommend it. I hope not to have ants in the room next time 😅
