Right at the Aqueduct, main plaza, small market close by with restaurants, larger market a few streets away. My room was off the street next to another building so it was very quiet. Bus 11 for the train-station just moments away. (No bus 11 on Sunday from the train...TAXI 13euros) Very clean.

Breakfast cost 4euros each day...no fresh fruit...that said, food in Segovia is very expensive, so when toast, mini-muffin, orange-juice and good coffee costs only 4 euros; it is a bargain. Secondly, the rooms are close together, thin walls with large plastic key-fobs that are noisy unlocking the doors. You can hear other room's fans during the night. Staff smokes by the front door and it travels up.

The location couldn’t be beat. It’s literally 300’ from the Roman Aquaduct.

The bathtub in my room on the top floor is extremely uncomfortable to use for showering. That bathtub should be removed!

For the price of the stay, it was an exceptional room and location, so close to the centre and very clean. Staff were very lovely also

The breakfast didn’t appear to be an amazing deal, but for a budget option still so good!!

Value for money - just. Secure parking for a motorcycle.

Parking was away from hotel around one-way system - not ideal. Location not the nicest. Room in the attic was more like a cell (poor natural light, no window/view) and the bathroom almost unusable due to sloping roof. Poor breakfast.

The location was perfect! Right next to the aqueduct. There was public parking near by. The rooms were nice and the shower aswell. Easy to find, friendly stuff. The room had an air conditioner, very important as Segovia was incredibly hot.

No elevator but not a big dill for us, if you have more luggage than people probably will be annoying. the walls are a bit thin, we could hear the guests from the room across.

Location is perfect. Air conditioning save my life in summer time.

The toilet window is open and it can be seen from the street. Remember to close it before you use.

Walking distance to historical scenic place, comfortable bedrooms.

Facility could be better such as a kettle, a water filter machine at front desk.
