I didn’t appreciate a cleaner trying to enter my room at 9am even though I was due to check out at noon and had put a ‘do not disturb’ notice on the door.

There were no negatives for our stay.

The parking had good access, and was very clean with good height restriction as we were driving a VW Caravelle. The hotel is built into and around a very historic area , this has been done with sympathy and to a very high standard. The rate was very reasonable considering the garage parking (parking in the surrounding is very limited and restricted), the breakfast included and it is situated bang in the middle of beautiful Segovia.

Make sure you reserve parking. We were unable to get it even for our 2nd day. Only other public parking is pretty far away and expensive

All was fine.

Location, value, staff and comfort. I cannot sleep on even a slightly firm mattress. Our bed was just right, not firm and not too soft. Room was spacious, bathroom nice.

Car parking is difficult in Segovia, but we called the hotel in advance (which was a good idea) and they had a space in their basement car park, which was easy to access. The overnight charge for this was very reasonable and saved a lot of time finding a place to park.

Segovia is a very interesting and historic place and the hotel was very central. Our room was comfortable, and although we did not have a view from our room, we were close to a garden area with super views of the Alcazar. Staff were very helpful and recommended a restaurant (El Sitio) within easy walking distance that was very good. Breakfast was good and the bar service fine .

I highly recommend staying here but it is a little dated, the bathroom could do with a refresh. I think the price acurrately reflects this though.

Incredible vista from your own balcony. Great location to explore Segovia from. The staff are excellent.

The location of the hotel was superb, within easy walking of the plaza mayor. The room was lovely, air conditioning great. The breakfast has a good assortment of food. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly going out of their way to organise 2 taxis for our friends who were not even staying at the hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. They also have an underground car park and charging for EV.

Beautiful small hotel in a fantastic location for exploring Segovia. My room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were lovely. I enjoyed the breakfast.

Parking places too small. We had not checked out (9:30 am), (checkout is at 12:00 pm), and the cleaning lady took our things out of the room. The clerk at the des did apologize and allowed us back into the room.

The breakfast could have been much better, the hot part of the buffet was not appetising, the rest was nicely laid out and replenished.

The hotel is perfectly set for everything you want to see in Segovia. We had a lovely room with an amazing view, it was beautifully cleaned by housekeeping. There is a unique feature when you enter from the car park which I have added

A slight inconvenience, but we unfortunately did not get one double bed due to unavailability. Instead it was two single beds pushed together.

The location was great! The room was very nice! Beautiful terrace with a wonderful view of the landscape and the Alcaraz castle.
