It's a bit tricky with the a/c in the common areas since it's switched off during the day. I understand the sustainability side, however sometimes it was quite hot in these areas, also not sure how it's comfortable for the staff. Also not sure why SPA is opened only couple of hours in the afternoon.

Nice hotel with great options for breakfast (including local products), good location and pretty beautiful territory: many pines, three swimming pools (including one adult-only), friendly staff especially in the bar;) Great proposal with the workouts outside!

The room wasn’t refreshed very well on days two and three. We had to ask for soap and the glasses weren’t replaced. Reception made a note of this but the cleaning staff still did not replace dirty room glasses

Very poor customer service, especially in the reception. Doesn't look like the hotel cares if guests will come back. My 4th time in Mallorca, least lucky with this hotel. Beautiful pool area, but how come is it allowed to smoke??? Each sunbed has an ashtray on the table. Another thing - the hotel is really popular among germans. 90% of the guests are old germans, so in case you are under 40 and especially under 30 - maybe look for another hotel, unless you're not planning to hang out much in the hotel.

Good location, and nice views from the rooms facing the pool. Okay value for the money if you got a special deal.

The matresses on the child beds were a little bit ferm, but I assume that is about preferences, so no necessary a bad point. The desert selections could have been better in some days.

Emailed the hotel about a week before asking if they did shuttle service from airport and recieved a reply the day after we got home saying they didnt! Not very good customer service

Lovely and clean large hotel. Nice pool area and good breakfast included which was very good. About a 20 min walk to the Port. Nice rooms and very comfy bed. There are 2 family pools and a very small adult pool which I think could be made bigger. Just off the main road from shops and restaurants.

The gym was pretty basic. There were a lot of different desserts every day, but I didn't enjoy them - I would prefer fewer but tastier. Any drinks are paid on dinner - I would appreciate at least water and maybe tee for free.

Full size 25m indoor pool was just amazing. Food was tasty and with a great variety. Location was also great for me - both quiet and within walking distance both to sea and to Cala Ratjada Harbor.

We liked it all - location, comfort, great pool area and spa. The food was good quality at breakfast and evening meal, loads of choice. We especially liked the fact that Mallorcan dishes, like frito mallorquin was on the menu.

Beds have wheels that can not be fixed, the whole bed moved everytime you turned. Outdoor pool was cold at the end of October, it would be nice if it was heated.

It's full of old German guests. It does not feel like to be in Spain. Everyone including hotel staff speaks either Spanish or German. Non German people, please rethink about booking in this hotel.

The food is great. Hot things are served.
