WiFi is so bad you have to sit on top of the router to get a signal Bed very creaky when you move about in bed Would benefit from a shower screen instead of a curtain as the shower is on the small side and sticks to you when you move around I the shower Couple of broken plug sockets

The smell of drains. The terrace was unusable because it was at the bottom of a 4 storey shaft with no sunlight and the smell of drains and old cooking. The property is only partially air conditioned. There is no chilled air or fresh air available to the main bedroom and bathroom. The second bedroom receives some chilled air but is window-less. It was uncomfortable in September so it must be un-useable in the summer. We paid €20 for checking in after 22:00. No shops open nearby. The property had no supplies other than a tin of coffee. Come on, charge €22 and include at least a couple of bottles of water to get us through the night.

The location was ideal, close to the old town, close to the metro and yet quiet. property was a good size.

Nothing. They charged us 150 eur deposit in case of damage but the same was returned to us 1-2 days after we left. However, this was my fault that I did not read the terms in advance!

We got the small apartment and everything was perfect. The lady who came to give us the keys was very nice and friendly. They are quite responsive to the messages. They even have an office to leave your luggage. Also - very clean.

We weren't given even one bottle of water at arrival for three people. There was barely enough toilet paper for our two day stay, apartment was extremely warm, and air conditioning was super slow to cool the room.

Cleanliness Bed is not so comfortable Bathroom is too small, old and shower is not separated Stove had small problem that needs the technician man. Electricity went out on the first night. I got stuck in the bathroom and unable to fix it No elevator and very small stair, so be prepared if you have big luggage

The property is not the one shown in the picture. The property we were in was a traditional old style Spanish apartment. Property is on the small side but was fine for a couple. The shower/toilet is extremely small. Husband had trouble fitting into the shower. A larger person would definitely have problems here. Property was up two flights of stairs. Facilities inside the property were good except the small shower area.

Location was great very central. Good access to both buses and metro.

I have nothing to complain, everything was perfect.

Very easy to find, located in the middle of the centre and shopping area, close to the metro and bus stops. We arrived early but they let us in anyway. The apartment is very spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped if you don't want to eat out. Thank you to the girl who let us in was very kind to recommended the best places to visit in Valencia and which areas where safe to tourists. We had a very fun time there and I'll definitively come back!!
