There was a problem with the wifi, so we had no WiFi during our stay which was not ideal. Also, there is a small fridge in the room but it didn't cool drinks or food and I was then told that it was more like a container to keep things cool but not to cool them, but I put a bottle of water which has cooled but came the morning it was warm. It would be ideal to have small fridges in the bedrooms, this is something that would be very nice, especially during hot weather. There was no tea or coffee in the bedroom, which would've been nice as well.

The staff was very friendly. We also like the bedroom, a bit small but nice for what we needed it for. There was a small terrace as well so we ate outside once. The Spa area had an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, shower for aromatic shower and "Scottish" shower. All nice.

Outdated, old fashioned furniture in the bedroom and bathroom old and chipped bath. It needs a renovation.

The spa was small but good, don't know why you have to wear a cap in a spa. Room very clean. Staff polite and friendly.

You could feel the bed construction beneath the mattress. The bed covers were a bit utilitarian and could be a bit softer .

I had booked a hotel with a spa as I have a back injury. When we arrived the spa was closed. That would have been ok but I had spa in my booking.com filters and if a hotel is advertised and sold as a spa that is what the consumer should get It is false advertising. The girl at reception was defensive and just said at 7pm when we arrived that her colleague emailed us and we could go somewhere else if we wanted ( we received the mail late due to crossing the border) True customer care was lacking and of course it wasn't her fault but nor mine as a client and consumer. Something like that beeds addressing on the filters or on the actual hotel site such as SPA IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED.

It was fine. The room was good the room was quiet.

Everything was super old, the room wasn't clean and the stink smell of cigarettes inside the room was horrible. (There were also holes of cigarettes in the linen) The worst thing is the mosquitos inside the room! We spent our nights trying to remove mosquitos one by one (we removed at least 30 mosquitos and we still didn't manage to remove all of them) The mosquitos seem to have a nest INSIDE the room. The receptionist didn't smile even once. Thank god we decided not to join breakfast as it looked like one of the poorest, none fresh we came across.

Old hotel, didn't like anything if I'm being honest. Even if it's relatively cheap, better to pay a little more not to have the same experience that we had.

All is very basic. I wish they would change the pillow which are very hard and unfomfortable, then it would be value for money. Unfortunately I couldn't sleep well because of pillows.

Rooms bit old and would need renovation, too much red for my preference.

Breakfast was okay, but toasters are put on such a place, where it's hard to use when loads of people stand in the line.

The Spa was closed on Sunday and Wed morning, no information was provided for this at the start of our stay. At 30 euros for a day it would not have been worth it for half a day. We bought a bottle of wine but we're not allowed to sit outside on the terrace as we were not eating. Seemed a bit off considering they were not even half full. Air conditioning in the room was mediocre. We didn't complain as the above things seemed too trivial at the time and we were only staying 4 nights.

The hotel has a very dated look, the room's door would only close with a loud bang. The "air conditioner" was basically just a glorified fan and it was difficult to sleep as the room was warm. Breakfast was passable, when a complaint was made about the bread being dry, the staff member just replied saying to toast it

The room was a nice size and the bathroom had a bath tub. It was also very convenient to be able to charge phones from bed.
