Air conditioning was not working. And when reported nothing was done about it before we left. Kitchenware was limited considering the appliances provided in the kitchen. They listed a coffee machine in the description but we could not find it.

Location was excellent. Close to Sant Antoni market. Nice community feel to the area. Plenty of bars and cafes to enjoy typical meals. Easy walking into other areas and into La Ramblas and Gothic quarter. Also metro stations close by.

Facing the street the front bedroom does get the noise from the bars and restaurants below, but this is similar in many places. Worth being aware of if you like to go to bed early and sleep lightly.

A really generous sized apartment which was very clean. The company representative was waiting for us when we arrived (we requested a late check in due to our flight times). They were welcoming and gave us a great overview of the property. The front balcony opens onto a bustling square, and a generous rear terrace to eat breakfast or sun lounge. The showers are high powered and hot water is constant. Every room has a ceiling fan and it's possible to get a good flow of air with the outer doors open. Location wise there is a choice of restaurants and bars within the immediate area. Plaza Catalunya is arounnd 10-15 mins walk where you can connect with transport links right across the city. It was a great base for our short visit.

Advertised as 1 double, came with 3 double rooms And two balconies. It might not have been extremely luxurious but a great place to stay, great location and great value for the money.

To be excellent i would expect some parts to be a slightly higher spec. A light refurb perhaps..... Lock was missing on one bathroom door - larger towels etc. But this is being very picky.

The flat is as described. Location is good with local bars and a short walk to the metro Easy access. Working lift Check in and out was straightforward with the office just over the road. I would happily go back again- or use this letting company again.

Wi-Fi was terrible, didn’t work 95% of the time we were there. Could have done with some wine glasses, shower cubicle was broken and dirty and there was a bad smell of drains.

Great location, and spacious accommodation. Generally well appointed and a comfy bed. We were also able to leave our luggage at the office as we had a late flight out.

The cleanliness. I won’t say it’s very clean, but it does need to be cleaned. The floor. Towels. The kitchen stuff. There was literally basic stuff, nothing that’s enough for a big group like more than 3 guests. Not enough stuff. Like there’s no sugar or coffee/tea provided. The toaster was already burned, still works but smell and the kettle was dirty. The smell in one of bathrooms, is awful. Must be coming from the sink, or draining issue. Overall, nothing is majorly bad but it can changeable.

The location is very great. Close to tube station. Close to underground car park. Close to bars. Supermarkets and plenty of cafe. Very nice building, in an old fashioned style. Very tall. The stairs may be narrowed but fine for me. There’s a lift. Easy to access. Plenty of space inside. The balcony was pretty, with a good view and to see what’s going outside.

Good sized, comfortable and clean apartment with everything you need to be self sufficient. Quiet street except for the rubbish truck collection early in the mornings.

The property itself was already pretty expensive and on top of that put additional payments for everything? Like late check in? We have checked in at 9:30 pm, this is considered late and had to pay additional 30€, by cash, so that we were not charged taxes, as recommended. Deposit was 200€, which ok, why not, but the accomodation was not in the place that we could destroy something. Unfortunately the place remembers better days, throught the windows you could hear everything from the street. There was not enough of warm water for 3 people. The placce would deserve a deep clean, so it actually matched the pictures.

The location was good, check in agent was also nice.
