The only teeny tiny thing I would change is adding some shade cover to one of the balconies so that the outside space can be enjoyed more during the day!

The hotel was absolutely stunning and the staff were all actual angels! Couldn't have done more for us and everything was so reasonable!

Cleaning of room / terrace could have been better. Had asked twice for bird muck to be cleaned from terrace chairs but it never was. Pool beds a little too close together.

Beautiful location and views. Ideal for getting away from the noise and bustle of the main resort, buty only 20 mins walk if you wanted to go there. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel were very accommodating and went the extra mile for us.

I would have preferred some more daytime activities like the boules rather than all in the water and I found it was quite expensive for what you actually got. I also would have to liked to hear a bit of background music around the pool so add to the atmosphere.

Room was a small and basic which could have been better. Rooms could have been better insulated for sound, as we could hear tv and talking in next room. Neither was load. Most notable in evening and morning.

Receptionists really could have been friendlier, not a great first impression. The pillows were really uncomfortable; the hotel has a pillow menu, but none of them was great. Room service at night doesn't exist. We only could order microwaved pizza until 23.00. Breakfast was open only until 10.30, so we didn't feel fully rested rushing there everyday. By the pool you have to use a voucher for 1 beach towel, which you can change once in 3 days (!). The pool area was so busy that we didn't stay there even once. Parking had an unclear entrance and a tricky cluttered passage. All in all, it felt like the hotel unapologetically optimizing all expenses, which is fine given the tourist turnover, but it's a pity as the property is stunning, but the level of services you'd expect from 4* hotel doesn't let the guests feel it in full.

The view from the hotel to the bay is breathtaking! We didn't expect much of this property, but I should say it surprised us and offered more than we expected. The bar on the 5th floor is great, cocktails are ones of the best I had in Mallorca. Amazing breakfast and staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was very quiet and spacious enough, cute balcony, everything necessary in the room. The hotel has steps to dive straight to the sea water! We had an unpleasant smell in the room, but the staff reacted quickly to eliminate it, which we appreciated.

The bird droppings everywhere, that were not cleaned the whole time we were there, very unsightly and unhygienic.

The staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. The views from every part of the hotel were stunning. The location was perfect, 5 minute walk to a number of bars and restaurants 🙂

Literally everything was exceptional and flawless. It was the best holiday I have ever had in my life (I am 45) because of the wonderful beauty, facilities, location, cleanliness and staff at this hotel. It is dream-like in its luxury and beauty. Located in "costa del calma" , just up the road from Santa Ponza town , it is the very definition of calm. A 20 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to bars and restaurants, they have two options for live music in the hotel itself a night and just everything you can imagine-it has it. I am already looking forward to going back.

Would have liked more pillows on the bed!

Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean, amazing views from the lobby and from the sea facing balcony in the room. Pool area is clean and quiet, steps down to the sea allow sea swimming safely. Breakfast choice and quality is fabulous. We checked in very late at night, the process was swift and without hassle!
