Breakfast was ridiculous at 38 Euros for buffet. We did coffee and rolls morning but wasn’t anything special

Little things make a difference, the room was not very clean, we kept running out of tea bags/coffee - you can ask housekeeping for more but it feels as though a premium priced hotel (£350 per night) perhaps aught to put a few more in the room without you having to request and wait etc... Breakfast felt a little pricey also at £35 (not included in room price).

Hotel is beautiful, staff were awesome and we were looked after incredibly well (our sons wedding was at the hotel on Easter weekend). A wonderful overall experience...

We had a spider in our bed and they only said they were sorry. I would expect a better gesture other than ‘sorry’ for a luxury hotel. Also the service at the breakfast was very slow.

The service was excellent; friendly, helpful, good recommendations, professional and had great personalities. The food was also very good, dinner and breakfast. Provided a very nice and special treat for my wife's birthday. Nice bar. And the accommodations were outstanding, the decor stunning, the rooms bright, neat and clean. Location could not have been better for our touring plans. One of the best if not the best places we have ever stayed.

The decor and style of the building was outstanding! Amazing spiral staircase. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Attention to detail exceptional. Even down to writing a personal message on a large mirror welcoming us for our anniversary stay 😀

Very small, dark room without any view. The bathroom was really dirty (there were dirt footsteps on the floor). The Safe didn’t work. Poor wifi.

My mum and I stayed at Cotton House for a weekend trip to Barcelona. The hotel completely exceeded our expectations. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful, they really made our stay even more enjoyable. The building and the décor are stunning. The terrace and pool area are wonderful places to enjoy drinks and food in the sunshine. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

The wet room type bathroom was a little strange at first.

I booked a queen size room which was extremely small had no windows we felt claustrophobic the room was expensive. We decided to switch rooms in the end and paid for an upgrade. This was my only complaint .
