Great all-inclusive service - nice food and drinks; good location, rooms were okay (liked the air conditioning and the balcony), nice area to chill out - lobby, terrace, swimming pool... I really enjoyed my stay there. Great value for money

It would be better if there was the option to get the drinks which were included by the pool bar. Also the meal options, albeit not bad, did not have much Mediterranean specialities (like there were no olives in the land of olives, or seafood was quite limited).

Nice hotel with great staff and location. It was literally by the bus stop so very easy to reach. The beach was also 10-15 minutes walking distance. I have had all inclusive which had breakfast, lunch, and dinner with 3 drinks per meal included. Soft drinks were all unlimited both during meals and at the bar. The room was also nice and cleaning was provided on a daily basis. There were also some activities like yoga, karaoke, and quiz night.

The bathroom floor wasn't cleaned well, I am usually not complaining person but there where in the corners dust and lot of short hairs.when u come out from the bath u wouldn't like to step on that. The Linien wasn't change all week. The older lady in the glasses in the restaurant was so so unfriendly!!! I didn't like that u couldn't have your free drinks during the day,just in the time of lunch and dinner.

Nice hotel,the room is basic.In the room no cattle ,no fridge. In the bar was sandwiches with ham and cheese and some sweet pastry. In lunch time and dinner time u could have your free 3 alcoholic drink (beer or wine, max 3 per day ,per person). The non alcoholic drinks was cola,cola zero,nestea ,tonic, apple juice, pineaplle juice,orange juice, fanta ,fanta lemon, all was little to sweet so needed to be diluted with some water. I just would like to say, people please in the restaurant, when u finish your food there are two trolleys, clean up after yourself !!!for you its nothing and it will help to ppl working there!!!

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel was well maintained. There was a great selection of food. However, the all-inclusive drinks were somewhat disappointing. They were only available during certain hours, and we had to pay a deposit for the glasses. Additionally, the drink selection was not very good. It shouldn’t be called all-inclusive; it felt more like full board.

The walls are to thin and the you can hear everything

It was really nice except that it was very noisy, people where banging in the dor up to 02:00 a clock in the morning and our son kept walking up because of the noise.

It often hosts groups of athletes and teenagers, so it can get quite noisy at night when they return from the bars.

The hotel is small and cozy. The rooms are a bit outdated, but very clean. The food was excellent — a good variety of meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, and even ice cream. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away. Overall, it’s a great hotel for the price.

Limited drinks but does say this when booking. One of lifeguards unhelpful and very restrictive even stopping children from jumping in the pool!!!

Stayed in lots of all inclusive all over Spain worst food selection av ever seen very limited choice a no the new rules of all inclusive drinks in Mallorca is 3 per lunch and evening meal but they should let you be served at bar aswell them 6 drinks ya allowed per day as not everybody drinks alchol with there food disappointed

all inclusive it's just food(breakfast lunch and dinner)they give beer/wine coupons(6 cups per day) but they usually say that you have to pay extra. No place to eat-people wait 20 minutes for a table at dinner or lunch

Far from the "active part of the town , but yet very loud, you could hear the person in the next room snoring or what they were talking about, even the tv . Everything outdated . Not mold but water infiltration in the walls. The place needs a renovation, not just paint over everything. We had to put a towel at the door just to not let light in the room and a bit of soundproofing . Let us not forget the food.. a little bit of diversity, but bland and boring food, plenty for all , but be quick when they come with it or otherwise wait another 10 min for them to bring another tray

The service at the bar , the pool , all were very convenient. The wild roosters and chicken near the hotel were a fun subject to talk about.

I feel like some more attention could have been placed on the decor and vibe of the rooms. They were pretty plain.

My children especially really loved the environment of this accommodation. They especially loved the buffet!! It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I'm really glad that we chose to stay. It definitely made us smile.
