AC is in the main living room only and doesnt work very well. The cool temperature is not very cold at all. Tried all of the settings but the coldest option wasnt great. There are ceiling fans only in bedrooms but only blowing around the warm air. But the option to open all bedroom windows and shutters at night as their are full fly screens fitted was good as it helped with the air con. The wifi...dropped once for half a day but they kept us in the loop at all times when we contacted them. It wasn't just us it was probably the whole complex. But it is slow when running.Even the lan cable to tv box. It runs slow.

Location was great could easily access any part of the town either walking, taxi or short drive. Apartment with beach front was really nice. The apartment also very well kitted out with everything you need. Great communication with agents. We had an issue with wifi and it was dealt with very quickly.

The apartment was spotless in block 6 overlooking the beach. It was a 5 minute walk off the main strip so nice and quiet but close to lots of bars and restaurants. The pool was clean and ideal for myself and my 14 year old daughter who made friends very easily.

Honestly haven't anything negative to say. Forgot how nice Puerto del Carmen was to stay in. I will definitely use this apartment again.

Location was excellent.10 minute walk to main strip. 20 mins to Matagorde in opposite direction. Two lovely cafes at junction of main road New towels and bedding every two days if required. Ladies in reception always replied to queries quickly. Apartments exactly as you see them.Very spacious with everything supplied that we could need. Tv with all UK and Irish channels .Alarm system in place . Sea views in the morning.Pool had loads of beds available Little sunspot with beds adjacent to apartment. So peaceful around the area.

only problem was opening to both showers were a bit on small size as 3 adults a bit on big size so tight squeezes getting in and out of shower.

excellent location great sea views and in walking distant from bars and restaurants ,beds were very comfortable but a bit on low side, plenty of space for 4 adults maids changed towels every 3 days and sheets twice in a fortnight very clean every thing you needed in apartment for your holiday.

The wifi was a bit slow, but otherwise, everything was great.

Lovely flat, very nicely fitted, and ideally located, with stunning beach views. Access was very easy, staff were very good at communicating, and the location is perfect: close to the airport, and within walking distance of more touristy areas, but quiet and not overcrowded when we visited. Lovely pool as well, nicely sheltered from the wind.

The pool is not heated

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It was very clean and the towels were changed twice in the week we were there. The location was excellent, right beside the beach and a short walk to the supermarket, the shops and restaurants. Bike hire was close by too.

The location by the sea . Loved listening to the waves in bed at night . Was a bit worried about no aircon but wasn't a problem as the bedroom ceiling fans were really good .The staff were very friendly. Would definitely go back .
