The staff was very friendly and able to communicate exceptionally well in both Spanish and English. The location was excellent. The room (King room) was kind of small, but very comfortable. The room and bathroom are beautiful and the location is excellent.

Decent illumination ( of lack of it ) in the bathroom is the only thing that lets it down. And the aircon was pretty fierce in the bedroom corridors and downstairs in the reception/breakfast area

Super comfortable hotel bang in the centre of Valencia with a family feel to it despite being part of a chain. Staff absolutely excellent. - nothing was too much.

Property is located close to all major attractions and good restaurants are just out side the hotel if one wants to enjoy local food. Staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms were very neat clean and spacious for two person.

There’s a construction site in the building next door and they started hammering early in the morning. It almost felt like they were about to come into our room since we were right next to it. Super annoying, but not the hotel’s fault. Apparently the construction doesn’t happen every day.

Great location right in the city center with super friendly staff. We felt really welcomed during our stay and were even provided with a sun umbrella and beach towels. We would definitely stay here again.

The only minor note is that it would have been useful to have more hangers in the bathroom as we struggled to dry beach towels, other than that everything was perfect!

We had the most perfect stay! The hotel has a great location, is exceptionally clean, the staff was amazing and welcoming (shout out to Tonis!), breakfast had a lot of various options and everything was tasty, the facilities were fantastic - we had everything we needed.

The property was in a great location !! Easy walk from NORD and public transportation was also very easy to access from the hotel. Lots of things to do walking distance. Staff were SO KIND and went out of the way to make us feel comfortable. Jessica took the time to show us what there was to do around town and made sure we knew about the amenities the hotel included which was so nice to know as they gave us beach towels and umbrellas to borrow. The hotel was so clean and nice, the bed was also sooo comfy. Room we had was a bit small but everything else made up for that downside.

Everything was perfect. The hotel location is in the center of the city, and most of the historical landmarks are up to 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. The staff was very polite, and everything was well organized.

The room was a bit small, but it's very normal for the VERY central location..

I came to Valencia to celebrate my birthday. The reception contacted us in advance to ensure they met our expectations. Laura at the reception welcomed us with a glass of cava and a small birthday cake for me. Both Laura and Jessica were absolutely fantastic !

We loved everything!

We loved Cosmo - staff were super friendly and helpful and always greeted us with a smile! We loved how central Cosmo was to everything, a fantastic location. Our cleaning lady was great And offered us extra water and towels etc, nothing was a problem. Loved Cosmo.
