Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesVery charming hotel with view of snow covered mountains. Hugo on the front desk was fantastic. Helped with parking as well as orienting us to the city. He made the experience easy and was extremely gracious. A lovely experience

United StatesIt advertised having a fitness room, but they still don't have it furnished. Granted the hotel is only 6 months old, so I know they are still working things out. Also, I was surprised to be charged 3,95 Euros each for a1 small coffee and 1 small cup of tea, which we ordered after being asjed if they could get us anything after our arrival and after we got our luggage settled in our room and went outside to sit for a bit. It's not a deal breaker, as everyone was very friendly and wanted to serve, just thought it was a bit petty to charge us. Bathroom hot water took a long time to become warm, no less hot, but we persevered!
Great quiet location. Very clean and staff were all so friendly and accommodating. The room was a nice size and we were able to get buses into the city center and an easy taxi ride back in the evening. Breakfast was all good, customized to our likings. I'd recommend this hotel if you want to have some quiet time away from the hustle and bustle of Granada city center.

United KingdomAbsolutely nothing. Easy bus into city. Taxi not dreadfully expensive. Only comment is the underground parking is very tight if you have a large vehicle (wr drive a subaru forester) but we managed.
The tranquil ambiance, professional service and attention to detail. We had a wonderful room with balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. The owners dogs and horses were a very pleasant bonus. Quiet residential area with a little local shop and a couple of walkable restaurants

CroatiaDuring the low season (we were in October) not much can be expected from the hotel. The pool can't be used, so the only you have left is the small room. The biggest drawback is communication with staff who barely speak English and are generally uninterested in making progress. The atmosphere is sad. It's too soft and creepy. I wouldn't say a man feels comfortable during his stay. Breakfast is not served at the buffet table (presumably because of the number of guests), which is a rather unpleasant experience because there is a long wait and one item is brought to the guest after being asked what he wants. I wouldn't recommend it. The price is too high for what you get.
The hotel is located in a quiet area, 15 minutes' drive from the center of Granada. It is beautifully decorated, in an old classic way. There is a covered underground garage in the complex, which is included in the price.

Netherlands- We booked on the basis of almost only excellent reviews scoring 9+ but former guests seem to have been very generous with their appraisal in my opinion. - Mattress was very, very hard. Too thin a mattress to be put on a solid plank of wood. Cannot remember having slept on such a hard mattress ever in a hotel. - Standard room is small, only 18m2 in total, resulting in a small bathroom and sleeping area. No balcony or terrace. - No (small) fridge which is usual for this (promoted price) level of accommodation. - Soundproof rooms according to Booking description but one could easily hear neighbour taking a shower as if it was our own room. - Detail: there were no cloth hangers in the closet. All in all a visually pleasing Boutique hotel however not worth the price of 165,- a night.
- Nice facade and classic decorated Cortijo hall - Friendly staff.
