We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room was lovely and spacious, comfy bed and pillows and an abundance of towels provided! The pool is absolutely amazing, not cold and has a lovely jacuzzi built in. The views are lovely. Loved the outside area and honesty bar and the music room is incredible!

This place is amazing. We also run a B&B and it is so refreshing to stay somewhere that provides accommodation to the same standards as ours. The honesty bar is great but the prices are a bit steep. The Cava is €3.50 a bottle in Lidl but €10 in the honesty bar. We charge the cost price for our honesty bar drinks as a convenience to our guests not to make money. The pool is amazing. Our room was clean and really comfortable. The room price includes a continental breakfast with pre packed Lidl croissants and cakes. Fruit, yoghurt, Cereal and toast. You have to pay extra for a cooked breakfast.

Exceptional stay – we’ll definitely be back! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. Steve and Jo are wonderful hosts who go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. The B&B is beautifully designed, with each room featuring a unique musical theme. We stayed in the Jim Morrison – The Doors room with a spacious ensuite bathroom – absolutely nothing was missing. The pool area was also immaculate and a great place to relax. We highly recommend this B&B and will definitely be coming back!

Jo and Steve were excellent hosts and nothing was too much trouble, even mid afternoon after a hectic day, Steve rustled us up a couple of toasted sarnies. Our breakfasts were taken on the balcony soaking in the amazing views and we always had a resident cat keeping watch on us when we were chilling by the pool. A fully stocked honesty bar by the pool was the icing on the cake. I'm only sad we weren't there long enough to try Jo's afternoon tea. If you need a chilled few days to recharge the batteries I can't recommend Cortijo la Cueva enough.
