Hmmm the pictures are very good. And they aren’t wrong. Yet the place didn’t feel nearly as nice as the pictures. I can’t knock it and it was good. But they definitely used the best angles. Also about 10 minutes before checkout all the power was switched off. I guess it was intentional. We were just walking out but made those final checks hard and felt hostile and that was the last thing so was the takeaway of stay!

It is in a fantastic location and had all you’d need. Great communication from the hosts and was idiot proof and accommodating even for my very late arrival.

Great Communication. Very convenient in the middle of town with a nice patio. Next parking at Placa Nueva, about 5 min away. Comfiy beds, nice shower and comfiy towels. Clean rooms.

Bathroom needs, more shelving and a refurbishment. For us pointless having a bidet. Shower screen at wrong end of bath. Safe failed - but we were given the key.

It is very very very noisy at night. It is right near the cathedral so the bells go off every hour until early hours of the morning and start again early the next day. You can also hear a lot of people on the street. I ended up having to sleep with air pods in listening to white noise. So I suggest bringing ear plugs. That is the only negative though.

As we had no WiFi once we left our previous accomodation, we did not receive instructions for the key box code or the courtyard door code. Very frustrating!

Trying to arrive by car was challenging and stressful. Ended up having to leave the car in a parking garage several kilometres away and take a taxi that could only bringing us down close and then walk the remainder. A few basic amenities arriving would be nice such as paper towel and salt. Furniture is getting tired.

It was close to historical sites, restaurants and shopping. Our “hood” was quaint, quiet and picturesque.

Interior is rather dated. Bed good but sofabed uncomfortable. Shower awkward. The private patio feels more like a prison yard; a few plants would help.

Great location! Near cathedral, restaurants, tram, river, etc. The apt. is spacious and bldg has a nice courtyard.

We didn’t see any staff at the Reception area the whole 5 days we were there. It would have been nice to get a map or talk through where places were.

There was an occasional drain smell in the bathroom. It would have been helpful to be able to store our bags for the day after we checked out.

This is a great location near the cathedral with a comfortable bed and good facilities. The room was quiet and the check in was easy . There are restaurants, luggage storage and a small grocery store nearby.

Few things could be improved:shower head strength and riser poor. Needs power points in kitchen over by microwave..only one usable... toilet cistern faulty. Continously flowing. All things easily fixed. A throw on sofa would be nice as it's quite cold material.. would be nice to to update tv so there are streaming services so customer can use netflix etc... but this is more a personal expectation .

Comfy bed.ideal location. Adequate kitchen equipment. Good communication with hosts. Quiet. Clean.

Possibly the only downside is that the apartment is very dark as the windows are small - not a big issue though.

The location is ideal, very close to the Cathedral. Although it is in a very busy area the apartments are quiet. The courtyard area is attractive & a nice place to sit in.

The fridge was incredibly loud, the twin beds were very hard, and the coffee machine didn't make the water hot at all. If these things were addressed, it would be so much better. We stayed in the an apartment called Toná.

Excellent location, great directions for check-in, well stocked for a short stay. It was very quiet for such a central location. We would happily stay again.
