The apartments themselves need a total makeover aa gone very run down. No hot water one day plus no aircon. Main door into apartment very weak with gaps at the sides and under the door. Curtains on the patio door hanging off and all it needs is someone to stand in a ladder and hang them back on the hooks, not a big deal really!

We have been staying her for the last 6 trips to Puerto Rico and love the location and the beda are so comfortable. The staff are lovely.

I have stayed there on many previous occasions but I thought this year the cleanliness and decor of the apartments had deteriorated! I reported our patio door lock faulty but was not fixed. Doors didn’t close properly on kitchen units and the shower door didn’t close properly either and flooded the floor whenever you took a shower!

On departure there was no one in reception, it was self check out. No storage for bags for the day.

It was a key code to get in sent via email on the day of my arrival. Very easy. Checked in following morning at reception. It was self check out on leaving day. Room was great, spacious and well equipped.

We had a late flight home, so I asked for a late checkout three days beforehand. I was told that shouldn't be a problem and told that the fee would be €32 as far as I recall. I was even asked what time I'd need the room until. I was told to call back the evening before or on the morning to confirm and pay the fee. I went in the morning and was told no because they are fully booked. It's a small complex of approximately 30 apartments and studios. Surely, they knew within the previous days that that was the case. It was the same receptionist every day, too. I spoke with other residents who were hanging around the day of check out that were all in the same predicament, and they were all told the same thing, that it shouldn't be a problem. They were also told no the evening before or on that morning because they were fully booked. The cleaners didn't get to one persons room until 2:30. It was a studio room by the pool so we could see. They were refused a late check out and had to be out at 11. The receptionist was a very friendly person. Just more transparency would have been appreciated rather than leading people to believe a late check out was possible.

Great location, spotless clean, apartments are great with a good-sized balcony, small complex is a plus. Staff were all friendly. We've stayed here before and would again.

We got there , took 45mins of phone calls to find out apartments and code to enter room . Our last night they locked us out of room , I hadn’t paid . sorry I had no contact with anyone for the full week , booking .com states will take money etc if not cancelled or no show , so thought it would have been paid , thankfully it was tea time took over an hour , to get back in room

Great location but not suitable if you have mobility issues and like the beach,. The apartments are a good size with large balconies providing shade and full sun.and a pool to cool off if you wish to spend the days on site. Shops and restaurants are about a ten minutes stroll away down the hill. Reception hours vary and unfortunately cannot be relied on for immediate problems but overall good value for money.

Towels were only changed every second day and bed clothes were not changed at all even though the rooms were cleaned (8 days stay). Iron we were given on the first day didn’t work. Got a second one two days after and it was a travel iron that I could have left a small child with as it never got heated. Safe was turned off a day early despite paying for it.

It was so central to everything and its cleanliness. Felt very safe and secure and only a short walk to the centre. Despite having no parking, there was never an issue with finding a space outside the gate. The cleaners were so approachable and friendly and did an excellent job.

Smell of cigarettes in the apartment on arrival and the table on the balcony had burn stains on it.

Location is fantastic short walk to beach and restaurants. The apartment itself was spotless and a good size. the balcony was large with table chairs and sun lounger. The ladies that cleaned the room were very friendly.

it was impossible for guests to check in at reception as more often than not there was nobody there i didnt like the lack of privacy on our balcony It was too open with a very low wall separating the apartments
