The facilities are all looking very tired and need of updating. Windows need cleaning and net curtains need replacing. The thermal spa is in serious need of attention, with most of the showers not working

Breakfast starts a bit late (8am) if you want to do a long hike, especially in the summer time when it gets really warm. Also, the spa is not great value for the money it costs, but it would be lovely to be on that outdoor pool in winter.

The location is fantastic. Perfect to start nice trails from the hotel itself. It seems like it was recently renovated so the size of the rooms and the facilities are nice, the beds are comfortable and the temperature is nice.

From an English perspective, it was 99.9% Spanish plus me and Sue. Not sure we were really warmly welcomed. Also the food was canteen, buffet style and didn't match the standard of the hotel.

The bed in the hotel room only had a tiny, thin pillow 🙄 Think maybe the cleaning staff forgot to give us pillows or something. Didn't bother us that much, just used some clothes underneath and it was fine.

The hotels location in the mountains is superb.We had many beautiful hikes with maybe the best views I've ever seen. Hotel staff was very nice. Hotel room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The common areas were very cold and we had to keep our outer wear on. The main hallways in the hotel itself were in need of a lot of repair. Our bathroom had only one glass pane for the shower, so water sprayed on the floor outside the tub when we took our showers. The bathroom had glass walls which was weird for privacy reasons, which could be embarrassing if you were staying with friends. We had trouble getting a taxi back to Panticosa even though we tried to book a few days ahead because there are few available in the area and many clients wanting to use them.

Location, location, location! The location in the Pirineos was magnificent! The grounds and trails around the hotel are beautiful. All the food we ate in the hotel restaurant were fantastic! The big fireplace in the lobby was toasty and warm! Our room was lovely with a great view and The bed was very comfortable. The Spa was fantastic - it was amazing to swim outside in the thermal pool while surrounded by the mountains above!

At the spa hammam was cold and the outside pool was barely warm. For the outside pool at winter time the temperature should be a lot higher, otherwise it doesn’t make any sense. The breakfast is not 4* at all, barely comes to 3*. No vegetables, small variety, few fruit. The lunch is amazing though! Also there is a billard and darts which didn’t work and at the reception they told that they’ve no idea when it will be fixed. It was a pity :(

The views and location are just astonishing. Huge spa complex right in the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, clean and heated! There ia a cute chimenea with a bar at the lobby where you can chill and have a cozy time with a glass of wine in the evening. Also every night there was some activities, which is good since there is no much to do around. And there is a ski rental station and some tracks for hiking, super cool.

The beds were very shaky. Not a lot of choices of food. The thermal bath was not as good as expected, and a bit crowded too with lots of kids.

A nice getaway for relaxing time. The room was large. The views around were amazing, especially with the snow. The hotel is connected to the thermal bath building, so we didn't have to walk in the cold to get there.

The manager said that dinner costs 21 per room but we paid 21e per person. It was hood dinner, but too expensive for us. And there aren’t any other restaurants nearby.

There was no where else to get food except the buffet in the restaurant which was 21 euro each.

Your living in the mountain with stunning views. Very clean but basic. Very good for skiers but no so good for summer tourists.

It’s a very sterile, cold and kind of unfriendly place, and very poorly maintained. Needs an upgrade.

After a long day of backpacking in the rain, it was a relief to have a place to dry out. The buffet was also nice after a week of backpacking food.
