The breakfast was a little lacking. The sausages and bacon did not look appealing and if you got to breakfast late there was a poor selection. They needed more seating in the rooftop pool area. The bathroom although spacious needed a little maintenance, in particular the shower head kept slipping down during a shower which was frustrating. The evening resturant was not great which we had on the first night, but this is made up for by the amazing choice of places to eat nearby.

The room was a decent size for my wife and my young son. All the staff were really friendly and we especially liked the rooftop pool and bar area. The location was amazing with lots of lovely resturants and bustling night life right next door. Also our room was quite at night time which was great.

The hotel room had weird smell, not sure what that is but we were forced to open windows frequently to air the room. AC was very hard to control, even on the warmest setting it was getting too cold. The rooms should be refurbished as they seem a little tired

Lovely hotel, gorgeous reception decoration, small gym but never overcrowded. Great location 10 minute walk to the beach and small pool on the roof. Lovely affordable restaurants nearby.

The noise, I was very tired after a long journey and at 9am I could hear the hoover at the corridor. I know that housekeeping need to work however I was expecting little less noise from my bedroom

Bed had a soft mattress, we prefer a hard mattress but that is down to personal preference. Always like access to BBC world service when in the room, but this was not an option on the tv. Only a minor thing, but one we like.

Excellent location close to Rambla Del Poblenou, which was a vibrant avenue full of cafes, restaurants and locals which led to a relaxed atmosphere. Proximity to the beach (7min walk) was superb, and only a 15 minute walk to the Westfield shopping centre and edge of main city.

Rooms were fine, but felt a bit tired

The lobby is excellent, downstairs, the hotel feels elevated and excellent. The rooftop pool was fun and the view is great. Cool neighbourhood, lots of amenities on your doorstep, bars, restaurants, shops etc. Very close to the beach which, of course, is a must.

You have to leave a 50euro deposit for a bike hire, which is actually taken off your card and takes 7-14 days to go back on. That’s a bit dated.

Out of the city but close to a metro, the beach and in an area that has great places to eat, drink and enjoy local culture. The hotel is modern, the roof top pool was amazing, the gym was excellent and open 24hours, the breakfast was exceptional. The bed was huge and the room was spacious with great air con. The hotel felt quite cold, particularly in the restaurant area, as the air conditioning seemed to be running constantly. The rooms gave the impression of being a bit basic or lower in quality, but they were at least clean and well-maintained.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the hotel’s stylish lobby and the inviting restaurant. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming throughout. Playa de Bogatell, just a short walk from the hotel, was clean and pleasantly uncrowded and it’s perfect for relaxing. The food overall was quite good, with the desserts being a particular highlight. While the pool was small, it was more than enough for our children to have a great time.

Housekeeping staff was disturbing us while sleeping, although sometimes we forget to add the sign, and the staff keeps entering our room too many times asking for housekeeping service, which I don't find necessary every day during a long stay. Additionally, I have locked the doors, but housekeeping keeps unlocking our room, which is completely inappropriate and unacceptable. They should respect the privacy and security of guests by not entering multiple times in a day. I've also tried to increase the temperature to the maximum, but it's still cold, and unfortunately, we caught the flu. My brother also got sick. Rooms should be provided with a pack of tissues; it's really strange that I had to buy a pack myself. Tissues are a basic essential for any hotel room. Bathrooms should be equipped with fans to prevent humidity and unpleasant smells.

The location was excellent; everything is within walking distance, including a bus station nearby, and bicycles are available for use. Safety is great, as the doors can be securely unlocked with the provided key. The lobby was really nice and welcoming, and the showers in our room were beyond exceptional.
