Actually, everything was completely good. It's good, luckily I experienced the atmosphere of the football game. There was a small thing alone that the room had a huge lantern, which was sometimes disturbing, but everything was perfect outside. I hope I still have the opportunity to stay there.

Private, silent and had everything I needed for a one week stay. Easy to arrive, very well connected with Buses and Metro. The garden and green boulevards were close a beautiful to visit.

Although the cleaning service came by, the bathroom towels were not changed, and shower gels were not provided a second time. In addition, there were renovation works taking place in the hotel that I was only informed about after making the reservation and payment. Even though the works did not really bother me, I would have preferred to be notified beforehand. Another point is that smoking was not allowed even though the room had a balcony. Lastly, I would have appreciated having a small table with two chairs on the balcony, but there was only one chair provided.

I particularly appreciated the location of the apartment, which was very convenient and made my stay much more enjoyable. I also want to highlight the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, which made a very good impression. Lastly, very great WiFi.

I stayed twice. During my first short stay, the room was clean but not as spotless as during my return.

My stays were great, with bright studios, excellent facilities, and helpful staff. The location near the metro and shops made it ideal for exploring the city, whether for a short visit or a longer stay.

The room I got when I arrived a bit before midnight was very dirty (stained toilet seat, dirty floor, dirty kitchen, full of crumbs). I complained in the morning and the girl in the reception said she would call the cleaning company to clean it. Didn't even apologize. The room was in the same condition when I returned in the evening. I went back to the reception, where another girl, blonde, was working, and she kindly gave me a different room, which was much cleaner. The AC is preset to 23 degrees celsius, you can't modify the temperature and there is no remote controller. The toilet paper is really cheap 😅 I normally don't even notice toilet paper, but this was worse than usual. The bed wasn't very comfortable, could feel the springs (I have 52 kg).

Location is good, bus + metro stations close by, 10 min walk to the park, 20 min to the city center. The refrigerator was great, big enough room. Possible to do laundry (2,5eur). Ok value for the price in Valencia

You need to be careful sliding the shower door so that it doesn't come off it's bracket. The outside shutter doesn't close properly at the balcony door. Breakfast was not good.

The bed was a tiny bit small and the airconditioning leaked a bit at the beginning. Everything worked properly though, so not really a big problem.

The room is super clean and has all things necessary for a stay. It's quiet and the receptionist was friendly. The room was very practical and simple, with not a lot of deco or cozy elements/lighting.

Some downsides — the kitchen doesn’t have any basics for cooking, like salt or oil, so you’ll need to buy everything if you want to cook. There was no sponge or dish soap either, which was inconvenient. The shower cabin is very small — even with my short height I kept bumping into the walls. The water pressure is weak, and sometimes it took a long time for the hot water to come on. It’s okay for a couple of nights.

A small room for one person, but there’s enough space. It has air conditioning and a small kitchen. Walking distance to the tourist center. Quiet at night. It’s a good option for a two- or three-night stay. If you stay longer, it might start to feel a bit cramped.

The room was cute and clean, the bed was ok both size and comfortable,just the pillow is a bit unusual, I had to avoid it. Great location, well connected, cafes all around, supermarket too. The only thing I didn't like was the students parting in the room next to mine, but as the receptionist explained it's their accommodation, also banging doors will make your bed jump. All in all very well and great value for the price.

The accommodation is in a great location. Close to the Valencia stadium. There are universities nearby, so there are lots of nice cafes and tapas restaurants that are not too expensive in the area.

Well...inevitably time has passed over the Colegio. Some of the furniture is beaten up, a more attentive eye can pick up spots of room that need extra cleaning. Hand towels are a bit old. Shower cabin & faucet old and in need of replacement. Nothing is truely à major issue. It's just the passing of time & students over a place designed to be used long-term with care (as oppopsed to short term & careless)

This is my second stay (previous was pre-pandemic). Location (close to the faculties) and price are unbeatable for the area. Staff is very friendly (though google translate was needed for both sides). Facilities are fine (elevator is a huge plus, common restroom at groundfloor makes everything easy). My stay was short, but the room has a fridge, a stovestop, and all the basic pots&pans&plates etc necessary to cook. It is also quiet. Desks are available, wifi works, so you can study or work. Plugs everywhere where you need them. Very nice.
