The apartments don't have WiFi. The soundproofing isn't great, as we had two days when the apartment next door had some tenants who made a lot of noise during the night. Parking is quite expensive at €15 per day, but it's spacious.

The location is superb. Despite pueblo indalo being full at our stay, we never had to wait in line at the buffet at our times. One day, we were invited to the braseria, and the food and service were truly excellent. The prices for the extras are excellent and very competitive for the location, even for souvenirs, drinks, and beach gear in the shops inside the venue.

Our room was a long uphill walk from the reception area and pools. We were expecting children but it was absolutely full of young children crying and screaming. Not a good choice for a peaceful holiday. The entertainment was very poor and was only really aimed at the children. We struggled to get a table sometimes for breakfast and dinner because there weren't enough staff and the tables were full of dirty plates waiting to be cleared up. During dinner, on a half board basis, no drinks were included, not even water and the prices were very high.

The choice of food in the restaurant was excellent. The location was great and the bar overlooking the sea was very nice.

The apartment layout and space was nothing like the photos on booking.com and we complained to reception. The assistant was helpful and said they were all the same, but offered to move us if we wanted. Disappointed with the apartment, but it's prime location convinced us to stay put. Obviously Booking.com would put the best possible photos on their website!

Excellent location directly opposite the beach, with bus stops outside the resort. Our apartment was in a prime location close to all amenities.

Well... By design, this hotel squeezes many people into a very limited space. The breakfast is similar to a war zone. We didn't attend the lunch, but I guess that it was similar. We were there at the beginning of June, and it felt already too full. But we heard that it was just half full. We didn't attend the evening show because the main courtyard in the evening becomes a huge cloud of smoke: everyone smokes! It was really, really too crowded. If you are without kids, it makes no sense to go there. Yet, for families, it probably makes sense.

It is a beautiful structure. Lovely pools, perfect garden, very nice reception, lovely staff. Very nice beach in front. Amazing restaurants all around. Huge garage, offered at a very fair price. Very prompt maintenance team if something breaks.

It's not a dislike as such, but a heads up.............. If you have any mobility issues of any kind, please make the hotel aware. This hotel is on various levels, and mostly accessed by a ton of steps. It's a fair trek to the back of the complex. Bizarrely, the fantastic kids pool is the furthest away from the start of the complex. If this is a requirement, perhaps request an apartment near to this but keep in mind the trek back down to the restaurant & other amenities.

The location is perfect. Lovely pool & surroundings. The apartments are tastefully decorated & very clean. Lots going on to keep all ages occupied. The food is good considering the large numbers they cater for. The staff are friendly & very helpful. Lots of amenities on site. Bus stop just outside if you want to venture along the coast .

Cleaning was a bit hit and miss. We couldn’t figure out the cleaning schedule as some days it was every day other day times we had nothing for 3 days. Over a 2 week stay I had to ask for more toilet roll or clean sheets a couple of times.

Location is the best as lots of good places to eat nearby, beach opposite with a cove which is perfect for little ones. On site splash park for kids and activities are good to.

No basic cleaning products stocked in the apartments. We had to buy dishwashing liquid, bin bags, cloths etc - we were surprised at this.

The apartments don't lock internally so knowone could enter the apartment but my toddlers escaped several times which isn't safe. I thought this was just our apartment but my parents was the exact same. We had to put the dining table at the door every night.

Lovely clean apartments, regular towels changed and it was only a two minute walk to the beach.

Our room smelt strongly of smoke (cigarette butts outside the door to the apt) from the previous occupants (there was an ashtray on the dining table so assume smoking was allowed). It went after a few days and we didn’t bother to ask for a different room as we were staying with friends so rooms were close. It was clean but some things like a tea towel, kettle and cloth for washing up would have been useful.

Great location and set in lovely gardens and pool area was great plus all facilities on site like the supermarket and ice cream and smoothies plus few shops.
