The lift, it was scary to get stucked inside it a few times, without moving. I didn't observe that they don't have double beds. Seems something they could easily offer, just making the single beds no moving and putting a topper on it. Paying extra for pool towels and every exchange.

Room size, balcony view, friendly staff, bathroom size, and shower. Food is okay, but here we need to think that food is food, not about a gastronomic experience.

Our stay at the hotel was perfect. Very quiet location as close to the beach as you can possibly want with an amazing view. The staff was extremely friendly at all times. Three beaches very close to each other, clean and beautiful sea. We will definately come back.

The gap between lunch and dinner for guests on all-inclusive is a bit long - lunch finishes at 2pm and dinner starts at 7pm. But on the other hand, the food is delicious. It’s a small hotel so there is no evening entertainment which was ok for me, but might be a deal breaker for others.

It’s right on the beach, 15 seconds walking distance to sun-beds. The sea view is unbeatable with beautiful sunrises every day. Good chef, while the food selection is not very big, the dishes which are offered are delicious.

The all inclusive offer on the drinks could have been a bit better.

Older hotel. Could definitely do with some updating (art work, stairway carpets, bedding, etc), but bathrooms were nicely renovated and was very clean. Was definitely a much older crowd, so don’t expect much of a nightlife unless venturing out :) Was a bit tough to find (must street part up in roundabout by Universal and walk in), and we drove around in circles a little but once you find it, it will seem obvious :)

Location is lovely. Quick walk to bars and restaurants on either side of bridge, and steps from the beach! Staff was absolutely spectacular and always friendly and willing to help with anything needed.

It is hard to find fault as we were just there for a week and it had everything we needed.

Excellent location in this boutique hotel. The staff are very friendly and the all-inclusive is very good value for money. The views and the access to the beach are second to none.

Maybe the all inclusive could have included an ice cream and operate until 10pm instead of 9pm to allow for an evening drink after dinner/walk

Evening meal choice was very limited for me. Generally just had soup. Even if they had chips it would have helped. But I am a very fussy eater so I'm used to it. My wife normally eats anything but she struggled too.

Breakfast choice was good. Room and view was fantastic but bed was one of the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. But for what we paid it was expected.

The deserts were kind of cheap, more fresh fruits would be nice. This is definitely targetted more to senior germans rather than younger couples. The beds were a bit too firm, which is definitely advantage to heavier people, but for me was a bit too stiff.

Awesome view, good all-inclusive drinks, price/value is kind of unbeatable, good breakfast, average food overall but in general decent and food available thourhout the whole timeslot of the meal-time, nice bathroom, clean. The fact you can get alcoholic drinks in pare cups to take on beach is just awesome.

There is no outdoor pool - but obviously the sea is right in front of the property, so not necessarily a problem. Be sure to grab a sunlounger very early or you'll miss out as there aren't enough. To be honest, the resort itself wasn't too our taste (very very touristy - primarily English and German).. no taste of Mallorca here I'm afraid!

For what you pay, this is a charming little hotel. Probably better than some of the more expensive options on the same 'strip'. It's a family run hotel and the staff are obviously very happy to work there and that shows in the way they deal with their customers. They really can't do enough for you - and always cheerful and joking. Makes all the difference. We had a minor 'accident' during our stay and they were all so helpful. There are lots of restaurants nearby which are pretty good, so no need to be all inclusive here.

Well, like I said before - I would like breakfast even better if they served pancakes, after all it’s a typical breakfast dish in many countries. Other than that, everything was perfect!

The best part about this hotel is that it’s right on the beach, not 2-3 min walk, but actually as you step outside - you are already on the beach. The sunbeds are free until 11 am. After that, it’s about 4 euros per sunbed and you can ask for a spare umbrella on the reception, so that you do not have to pay for one on the beach. Also, food was outstanding! Breakfast was ok, the regular stuff like all types of eggs, omelettes, fresh bread and everything, but I wish they also made pancakes, which for some reason they served for dinner. Dinner and lunch offer different types of meats and fish, delicious hot and cold side dishes, vegetables and also fruit for dessert. Actually, the desserts were great, always several types of cakes, mouses, and pies. Another thing is the views, it was absolutely worth the extra money for the room with sea view, because we woke up to sunrise every morning and the views were spectacular! Really motivating to get up early.

I loved literally everything . The staff, the food, and the location. The food was exceptional, and there was something for everyone's taste. The staff was super friendly and helpful for every single question at any time of the day. The highlight was the location. I was looking for a hotel that had a beach front, so I did not have to walk long, and this was just it. I'm definitely visiting again. 10/10

the booking website it showed different pictures then reality, especially the room, we received a totally different room, that was very old, and different from the pictures on the site. It was very disappointing. Very small room, two separate beds, small window, while pictures showed larger room, twin bed, large windows, also the furniture was super old

Dinners were varied. There were vegan options, but not enough. Breakfast was very poor for vegan or vegetarians. The rooms were not clean house keeping service is not enough. Also furnitures were old and poor condutions.

The restaurant and reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel’s common areas were clean.
