How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The rooms were very basic, but clean and functional so not a major issue
Location was perfect, very close to the beach and Ushuaïa which is where we were heading. All the staff were super friendly. Hotel has a chilled vibe

I cannot imagine staying here for more than 1 night. Very loud music by the pool, the wifi wasn’t working at all in our room. The hotel needs a major maintenance. Not a 4 star hotel, more likely a 2-3 star hotel- tops.
We booked for 1 night only- proximity to the airport was the main reason. Very kind receptionist.

A typical mid range hotel in ibiza for party people , full of drunk British … but if you go to ibiza you know most of these places are like that so … This hotel is great if you are out most of the time and if you just need a room to change sleep and rest a bit

The air conditioning in the room 134 felt like evaporative cooling rather than refrigeration. We had it set to 17 degrees and it wasn’t that cool, everything felt really damp and humid and we got hot during the night despite the aircon being set to 17.
Amazing location, so close to the main strip of shops and restaurants. 10 mins walk to Hi Ibiza and Ushuaia. Amazing pool area, amazing reception staff. Aesthetically pleasing hotel. I read reviews stating you had to pay to use the sun lounges by the pool and pay for pool towels which is incorrect they are free. The only lounges you have to pay for are the cabanas which are 30 euro but you get that back in food and drinks.

Paper thin walls, dirty shower (had to shower with shoes on. It rained and the sewage came up on the street near the hotel and it smelled so bad people were gagging while walking.

As the entire area, prices are on the higher side, compared to other locations.
Very good location, easy walk to the beach, clubs, a lot of shops and restaurants in the area. The hotel is small cozy and clean with very friendly staff. Only 10min away fron the airport.

Very functional, beds ok, great storage facility for luggage and external shower if you want to freshen up before hopping on a late flight, friendly staff, 10 min walk to the big clubs, 8 min to beach, 25 min min to old town

Very, very expensive for what really is a standard hotel room and an okay breakfast. 277 Euros for one night. We didn't get to use the pool at all. We were too late the first night and in the morning we were told we weren't allowed to use it either.
Nice clean room with comfy beds and a decent working shower. Great location within walking distance to clubs. Friendly staff. Breakfast included. Lots of outdoor seating around the pool area. They got us a cab that arrived within minutes to take us back to the port. It was only 15 euros for a taxi between the port and the hotel.

We had a few issues with theft which sadly is not uncommon in Ibiza but we didn’t let this affect our holiday. However one receptionist (we won’t name him but he works in the afternoon) was so unhelpful, rude and almost defensive about this. He made us feel bad for even asking for guidance. A shame as he really tainted such a great hotel. However the female receptionists working in the morning are so lovely, huge thanks to them
Renata and Davide at the poolside bar were just fantastic. So helpful, friendly and attentive. The vibe at the pool with the DJ and bar is so relaxing and a nice contrast from the craziness of Bossa nightlife

Room was basic & quite small but ok for a few days, a/c wasn’t strong so the room would get quite hot but as it was only a few days didn’t have the energy to complain about it. Most of the towels we got had at least 1 hair on them it seemed. Smell from the pipes would fill up the bathroom unless the window was open.
Hotel is in a good location for easy access to the local shops/beach, also a big pharmacy within 5 minute walk. Good size pool and friendly staff. Alejandra dealt with a situation I had very promptly and professionally.
