It is a little bit noisy because it locates too close to the avenue and the school.

The apartment is just so good for a group of 4 or 5.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. It is in a great position within walking distance of Montjuic and the city centre. There is also plenty of public transport nearby.

The 3rd room is good for 2 persons but doesn’t have space for large luggages.

We really enjoyed staying here. It’s clean, comfortable and well equipped. About 10 mins casual walk from the Espana and Poble Sec metro stations.

The only minor thing I found slightly inconvenient was that I could clearly hear the neighbours behind my bedroom's wall

We loved everything about the place - the apartment itself as well as the location. The apartment was spacious and very clean, the living room much bigger than it looked in the photos, the beds were comfy. Great location - plenty of places to eat in the neighbourhood, about 25-30 min walk to the city centre, Montjuic hill with the fantastic view of the city practically just steps away from the building. Very easy to get there from the airport and the whole process of getting into the building and then the apartment was very straightforward too.

I go for a conference every year, we've now stayed at this apartment 3 years in a Row so I think that says enough. its better than having a hotel room we have sofas to rest in and a table to work at. bathrooms are lovely and we have 2 so one each. This year the upgrade to smart locks was good as I didn't need to arrange to meet someone for keys its out near the Placa Espanya, so using public transport is easy. also getting a Taxi is easy from the hotel near by as there is almost always one waiting. By taxi its about 10e to the conference 10e to central Barcelona and maybe 15e to 20e to the beach bars etc

Great location close to Espanya and metro stations, as well as bus stations. Very roomy apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Easy self check-in.

The kitchen is missing basic equipment. I found in many apartments a welcome kit which include small dispencer of salt, paper and oil. It is nice to have.

The location is good and the car parking is nearby.

The only negative thing was that were no locks on the bathroom door! this was very risky when you have 6 people sharing 2 bathrooms. I would recommend this is changed ASAP as we had a few near-mishaps! Some minor things that could be changed is that it would be nice to have hooks in the bathroom to hang towel/clothes and would be nice to have a bin in the bedrooms. Apart from this it was excellent.

Beautiful apartment. Had all the necessary appliances. Beds and pillows were very comfortable! Air-con in all rooms I believe, which was a life saver considering we stayed during August. We had an incidence where we lost all power . I called the emergency number on the door and we were instructed on what to do. It only happened once and was resolved very quickly - very pleased we had an emergency contact that was able to speak English. the check in process was remote but so so easy! the hosts were amazing and responded quickly to any queries we had. Location - not close to city centre or the beach but close to bus and metro links so easy to get to places. Took about 30 min by bus to get to somorrostro beach and about 15 minutes on the metro to get to the city centre. I would advise buying a travelcard to get around-its great value.

Occasionally nothing to say. All was good! Maybe the only comment which is not directly connected to the apartment, but to the building: facility is located on the 5th floor. The elevator was not in operation within half a day out of 3x days of our stay. It was fine with is, however, could create some issue should there be seniors or check-in / check-out time and luggage transportation.

Very nice and well prepared facility for either short stay or long city holiday. Perfectly fits for the families as it offers 3x full size bedrooms located distantly enough one from another. The cosy living room provides space and all what may be needed incl. all kinds of the ware for spending time together. Two full-size WC/shower rooms kill the risk of the morning queue. All the utilities incl. dish washer and washing machine were found in the good technical state and clean. Facility has a kitchen with everything should one occasionally wants to cook. The very good thing was a separate service room or box-room. So the numerous luggage could be stored there. Next door (15 metres) the hotel is located where upon additional charge the breakfast is available for the guests from outside.

The hot water system was faulty so we either had to have someone standing there resetting it (Took 5 resets in a 10 min shower) and also doesn’t regulate so expect to be burned then freezing multiple times. When you are only staying there for a couple of days, that means allowing someone into the place while you aren’t there or missing a day of sightseeing to POTENTIALLY get them there to look at it. But dealing with the company is painful. They ask the same questions over and over. They don’t listen and they don’t organise things at all. We stayed at 12 different places on this holiday and this was BY FAR THE MOST ANNOYING! They send conflicting emails so you don’t know which to do and something as simple as arrival time was answered 6 TIMES!!! As well as that they were the only place out of the 12 that not only needed a credit card on file but also took a €300 deposit which gets refunded up to 2 weeks after checkout.

The apartment itself is good and the location is good.

There was a lot of back and forth communication to arrange picking up the keys which took a long time to get confirmation from the property itself (although the guy who did our check in was really nice and helpful). Also, there was only 2 sets of keys for 5 guests in 3 bedrooms which is not convenient at all. The apartment is big and nice, but it was missing the basic necessities like toilet paper. Also, the apartment is very loud and you can hear a huge amount of noise from the neighbours and even from the street, making it very difficult to sleep.

Some water would always flow into the floor when taking a shower, although nothing critical.

Wonderful views from all windows! Everything needed there - coffee machine, other kitchen stuff. Very clean and tidy, and very fast and organized check-in.
