No parking in front of hotel lobby. It’s not easy to park just for few minutes to be checked in and drop the bags.They have some weird two spaces not visible and taken on the side of hotel and that’s it. Hotel has an underground parking but you can access it only after check in with make it difficult if you have a lot of luggage Suggestion is to offer to clients to pay underground parking before coming so they can enter with the car number automatically to the parking.

The only inconvenience was related to the bar service on the swimming pool area. It was not clear how to place the order from there. It was not working from the application level, and the phone that should be used for that was not working.

The experience was overall very good. From the very beginning, personnel were very nice and professional, we checked in in no time, and we received all the necessary information about additional facilities and services. The room was spacey and clean, and the view from the window was great. We used the swimming pool area a lot. There were some beach loungers you could use (if it was not too crowded), and you could rent towels from the hotel. The water in the pool was rather cold, but in the heat of summer, it was perfect for cooling down (and the pool was never too crowded).

Wish there were more beds by the pool area. There was definitely space for more beds but lots of people lying out on towels

We enjoyed the cleaniness of the room and the many options available at breakfast. The pool area is nice, whereas I did not use the gym. The location is close to cafes and a beautiful park.

The pool was a little bit colder than what I expected, but I wouldn't say that it's a negative thing. Just be careful if you prefer warmer waters!

The Hotel is very beautiful itself, our room was spacious, the beds are very clean and comfortable. The staff is kind and helpful. The cleaning staff is doing a marvelous job, we've always found our room as if we just arrived on the first day. Crispy clean and smelling good. :) The food and beverages are really good at their restaurant. The breakfast had several options, frequently refilled, tables always cleaned. It's not too far from the Airport by car. The Retiro park is 10mins walk away, museums and public transportation is also easily accessed from this location.

The pool was really cold unfortunately, and there wasn't much room for everyone by the pool. Also the beds moved a lot, think they were on wheels.

The pool area was very clean and the sun Loungers were very comfortable. However the closed roof over the sun loungers meant there was no air circulation and at 38 degrees the build up of heat was unbearable. The roof over the pool was the same design but the slats were open which made it very pleasant.

We were woken up by the cleaning staff even though we had a do not disturb sign on the door and were not yet checking out. Other than that, the staff were lovely and I would stay here again.

The pool was smaller than expected but the location was great. The hotel is super clean and everything looks brand new.

Location is great, just a few minutes by car from Retiro Park, Goya (commercial area), Paseo del Prado or even the old city. Surrounding restaurants, local cafes. It is close enough to the main amenities, but without the craziness of the old town.

Maybe the walls were not sound proof, you could hear next room people. And some very noisy children in the pool unsupervised by parents (not hotel responsibility)

Very clean room, and also the rest of the building, good selection for breakfast, very helpful staff all over, we enjoyed the pool on a very hot temperature. We got there much earlier and they checked us in. very close to the Metro. We would go back for sure next time in Madrid.

Breakfast is expensive for what it offers

The room was very clean, very friendly and respectfull staff. The bar from the groundfloor is a nice place to spend some time in the evening before you go back to your room. We had a little problem with the room when we checked in and they changed it quickly. We were so pleased and thankfull. The hotel is located pretty close to Prado Museum, about 20 minutes with the bus

The make-up mirror holder arm was somewhat loose due to prolongued use. Maybe search for another solution.

Everything went well, starting with the reception staff amability and efficiency (including Eva, Raul, Nagib, Natalia, Isaac), providing information and anything we asked for. We got a clean quiet and spacious room in a high floor, good bathroom, comfy beds. Elevators were fast. Breakfast was very good quality and service excellent ( Mr David himself made sure we were well attended). Room cleaning crew (Mrs Lupe) left our room fresh and clean every day. Location was also excellent )( There are bus stops and a subway station, just one corner away. There was also a terrace and small pool at the rooftop, we visited it, but didn't use it due to all we wanted to see in Madrid. The days were very hot and there was either some iced tea or water at a table near the elevators to refresh us when we arrived.

Air condition was not manageable in the room. Pool was closed. There was no conditioning for hair.
