I'm reviewing this as a couple. Wouldn't say how child or family-friendly this apartment is.

Spacious apartment one minute from the beach, bars and restaurants in Los Cristianos. We particularly appreciated the well-equipped kitchen for cooking meals, and the little balcony with table and 2 chairs allowed us to eat in whilst still feeling were part of the action. Spotlessly clean when we arrived. Didn't meet contact Áxel face to face, but check in and communication was seamless. Washing machine helpful, we used it once. Would definitely return and recommend.

The apartment is in the city center and so you you have to park the car in the nearby.

Really close to everything! The apartment is large and it is furnished with everything you need: washing machine and dishwasher included. The flat is easily accessible through the Main Street and it has a new elevator. Axel, the flat owner is fantastic and available for help

As it is in the very centre, it can be noisy in the evenings.

Located on the main street, you can just sit or even eat on the small balcony and watch people. Floor is pleasantly warm, compared to typical Canary floors. Kitchen is well equipped. Communication was quick and easy.

Would have been nice if there was more parking nearby. We knew in advance, so not a complaint, but if you have a car, the nearest available free space might be some distance away.

Comfortable and reasonably well equipped. We could easily cook for ourselves and prepare food. Surprisingly quiet. Great location for beach. Reliable internet. Helpful host.

Refuge collection noise at back of apartment. Though, once I had my ear plugs in, it was fine. Main light fitting in large bedroom poor.

The only downside is the slightly worn beds.

The apartment is spacious, clean and very close to the beach. It has a nice balcony where we spent many mornings and evenings. From the window of the master bedroom you can see the beach, but you have to go to the beach through the city for about 2-3 minutes. The apartment has everything you need on vacation to feel at home. During our 12-day stay, we had a cleaning lady once in between to clean the apartment. There were plenty of towels available. There is also a washing machine in the apartment, which came in very handy. Axel is always available for help and any information. On the first day, he gave us nice attention, cold beer in the fridge and snacks. We rented a car for three days and it is possible to get free parking, just make sure you park it behind the white lines. We will be happy to return to the apartment if we return to Los Cristianos.

Shower wasn't very powerful but ok.

From start to finish everything was made so easy. Location was great the apartment was spotlessly clean. Right in the heart of Los Cristianos , apartment was stunning and great for people watching. Everything was catered for and well thought out and the welcome pack was much appreciated. From meeting Axel I got the impression nothing would be too much trouble.

The only drawback is that we got no sun on the terrace.

The apartment is excellent, the bedroom is big with a big comfortable bed and very quiet. The location is perfect and we spent a lot of time on the terrace watching the street life.
