they really could do with getting more sun loungers. plenty of room for at least 10/15 more. lots of families left with no loungers and causes friction

Lack of sun beds and being prepared for a war at exactly 10am every day. With only 80 available, it was always a lottery. If you ventured out for the day, forget making any plans to enjoy the pool in the afternoon. You have to pay for air con.

Hotel was centrally located and within easy access of all facilities. Rooms are adequate and functional. Breakfast had wide variety of choice and the omelette station was excellent. Beds were comfy.

The property was very clean and staff were very helpful. The pool was fabulous, My daughter and I enjoyed our stay, which was booked at very short notice following arrival in resort as our booked accommodation fell short of our expectations.

Rooms could do with some simple fixes like new, clean sealant in the bathroom (it was mostly black with mould). Sockets are coming off the wall in the kitchen. You pay £150 refundable deposit but apparently have to pay extra for a remote for tv in the room.

Good location, was clean enough, and the staff was amazing. I would go again.

The doors not selflocking like most places I've stayed and lack of CCTV due to fack I got robbed of £400 during my sleep because I forgot to lock door my mistake I know but CCTV would have helped nevermind ehh would I stay again yes and would be more aware too.

They missed cleaning our room a couple of times although they apologised for it. Kitchen could do with more appliances and washing up liquid.

Value for money, one of the cheapest in the area but still nice. Good location in the island if you want to get a hire car and travel to different stunning locations, also fair if you want to stay and enjoy the beach closeby.

In general poor customer service; receptionist was looking warm when we arrived, bar staff blunt and not helpful. Sunbeds locked up overnight and should be opened at 10am. One lifeguard always early and helpful, another one always late, so much so on our last day (4th Jan 2025) beds were not available until 10.45am! Have been coming to the Caybeach for 3 years as a family and have seen a gradual decline in standards, it now looks very tired and is in need of investment. Roof on main building is canvas and has huge holes in it, some sunbeds broken and unusable. As an all year round, busy location they need to reinvest some of the money and take some pride in the hotel. It’s a shame as the hotels location is central to the resort and perfect for families.

No satellite Television, nothing to watch apart from the news in English. Beds really need to be a bit more comfortable. Freezer box door was broken.

Very clean, great location, lovely spot in the sun, can park the car outside. Great shower, plenty of storage space. Very friendly staff. Ashtray provided outside.

Pool should be heated but it was absolutely freezing at the end of October.

Absolutely fantastic place. Walking distance to the market, beach and town. Houses well equipped. Pool beautiful and large. But the best thing and really recommended was a breakfast ! Great value and delicious!

Petty but my husband would have liked the shower tray re-siliconed (but that's his trade).Read online security concerns, we were not affected having got an extra key and ensured bungalow was locked if one of us was in alone sleeping/showering etc. Sunbed 'bagging' but we don't play that game! Happens everywhere but Caybeach do their best and they are stacked and locked 'til 10am

10mins taxi from airport, brilliant location (once you get your bearings). Free wifi, very relaxed and friendly staff. Walk in showers and lovely pool. Each property has a terrace with table/chairs and 2 sunbeds per bedroom.

The sofa was a bit old and the cushions were dirty. Unfortunately the beds had old, hard mattresses.
