I will stay here anytime that I need to come to Valencia. The apartment was perfect, modern, clean and with everything that you can need in the kitchen. Big and comfortable. Best choice. Superb location

There were too many warnings to not steal the towels, take them to the beach, or clean your makeup. We are guests, not criminals. It does not give a welcoming feeling. If there had been incidents in the past, I would recommend to offer two beach towels.

The apartment is on a busy street so it was very noisy especially on Fri and Sat even with windows shut. The walls are thin and we could hear the lift and people coming in and out. All policies mention no noise after 10pm and no parties but the noise problem comes from the street, not people gathering inside. I booked a room with balcony, but it was super small so no point of paying extra for it, as you cannot sit outside.

Spacious bedroom and nice bedding and pillows. Good set up on the kitchenette/living room. The apartment was well equipped and had everything that was in the description.

you can’t really sleep on the couchbed if you move just a little you’ll fall right off. thought the bed sheets and blankets need a bit more cleaning.

It was an excellent location with easy access to historic sights and the wonderful parkland which occupies the former river bed. Property was quiet in the evenings, so easy to sleep after a long day. Property was very clean and well maintained.

The bathroom is a bit narrow. We could sometimes hear the voice from outside even if we closed the window.

The apartment is located at the very center, close to the cathedral and amazing restaurants. The check-in is very well-organized, we get all information before we arrive. The air conditioner is comfortable.

Nothing really

We got 3 apartments, one for my parents that was a little cozy studio with a huge terrace, one for my partner and I with a separate bedroom and a smaller terrace and finally one for my sister and her husband and child without a terrace. All the apts were comfortable, big enough for our needs, clean and as advertised. We really enjoyed the perfect location and we can really confirm that the stuff was very helpful! Thank you so much!

The apartment had a perfect location. It is in walking distance to all the main sights. Because of its location it can be a bit noisy at night. But we did not mind. It was not that disturbing. :) we were pleasantly surprised that the apartment had a washing machine and dryer. Definitely another plus :) Also the staff was very nice. If you need anything they do not hesitate to help. We had an issue with the sink in the bathroom. It had a small leak. They wanted to come and fix it immediately, but we told them that this doesn't bother us so we told them it can wait till the end of our stay. :)

Temperature night time

Stayed there for 3 nights, perfect location, perfect service! Though it was rather fresh in the apartment, no heating, got frozen the first night, but then asked for the warm blanket and got it at once.

I liked everything

The apartment was super clean . great communication via WhatsApp to inform me of access to obtain keys . The apartment had washer / dryer ,balcony , plenty of towels and coat hangers which are a must for me .
