They emailed me one day before arrival, asked if I want to upgrade to a bigger room and VIP amenities (whatever that means) for 35EUR/night, which I accepted but the room was still 15sqm and no other VIP whatever. I guess bathrobes, soap, towels and bathroom kits every 4 stars hotel has. Anyway, we made it very late at the hotel so I didn't felt like going and complaining about.

The room was nice and quite, the hotel very clean and the stuff amazingly helpful.

Very short transit stay, just one night. However, I was very satisfied. Good location, just besides the Arc of Triumph. Nice room, very good air conditioning. Reasonable price. Some decent restaurants just around the corner. Very welcoming personnel at the reception. All good!

The comfort, the room, the staff and the safety as a solo traveller also. The roof top pool was ideal when it was 35 degrees! The location is ideal you’re practically beside the Arco Do Triunfo

The room was very quiet even though it was facing the street side with a bar in front. Staff was very polite and even arranged for a little surprise for my birthday when my sister requested it. It is very convenient to reach all attractions by foot and we didn't need any transport during our stay.

Loved everything.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of El Born district. The rooms are very spacious, very quiet, the beds are super comfortable and the rooftop with the beautiful swimming pool is the icing of the cake. Great hotel to explore the city and close to all the amenities.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a great location. Big bathrooms with a separate shower and tube. Staff was helpful. Would recommend, small but good pool to cool off on those hot days.

The breakfast was expensive, but it was phenomenal in the end.

Beautiful place right in the city. We walked everywhere and took advantage of the location to explore the streets of Barcelona. There was a festival going on in front of the Cathedral which was great too. Hotel is a boutique which I love. Small and comfortable feel with a small but adequate pool and gym area on the roof. Would definitely stay here again.

All was good for us.

Location of hotel is in a great area and near restaurants, groceries and sights. Great Italian restaurant just 200 feet from hotel and good brunch place across the street. Pick up area for Taxi/Uber can be a bit away if just looking and not ordering yourself.

Not really a downside or fault of the hotel. The location was fantastic, but noticed it was around the corner from what seemed to be the central hub of many unhoused individuals. Although we never felt unsafe or bothered - as two young women traveling together, we were just mindful of our surroundings, especially at night. Still, it didn’t impact our overall experience, and we’d consider staying again thanks to the exceptional service and great amenities.

We had a great stay and would recommend !! The front desk staff (available 24/7) were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. Their exceptional service was noticed and appreciated during our stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay.
