Actually didn’t get to stay as they had overbooked so they gave us a drink and paid for a taxi to another of their hotels, Ramblas, which was 4 star and in a better location. It was an excellent hotel

A/C was not working in our room , notified staff and they were able to fix the problem. Refrigerator was working but light inside had a short so it was flashing all the time, staff fixed. Rooms could be larger.

Very good location near trains and metro. There is also a train station that leads toward the airport. Rooms are always clean. Very friendly staff.

Not renovated but still decent. Lacks basic items like robe, slippers, lotion.

Restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Taxi stand outside the hotel. Not near but still walkable distance to the basilica.

We booked 3 rooms and they located 2 rooms on the opposite side of the hotel to the 3rd room - not easy when we were sharing suitcases. The receptionist was a bit short at check-in and didn't even acknowledge that this was less than ideal, nor the fact that one of us had a broken arm so maybe this set-up could be problematic. It was obviously a family booking rather than a tour group but we were tired after our journey and didn't make a fuss

Beds were so comfortable, the gym was very well equipped and the pool and sun deck was nice, just very busy. It was great to have parking directly outside the hotel for luggage drop-off and pick-up. Nice restaurants, bars and cafes in easy walking distance.

I didn’t understand why a nights money is taken off your credit card as a security measure x we stayed here couple times a year and only a small nominal fee just to check the card is valid is all that should be needed

There was a smart fridge that overcharged me for an item I didn’t take which felt like too much admin to try and get back, but it was about 4euros it over charged me. On the day of my check out, housekeeping banged on my door at 9am. I had gone to bed at 3am, hoping to wake up closer to check out, but I could t get back to sleep after. I didn’t expect housekeeping to come so early otherwise I’d have put the do not disturb sign on the door.

It was really decent for the price and I got upgraded from a single to a double which I really appreciated as it was more comfortable

Comfortable room, clean, quiet. Good location in a few minutes distance from the Glories and Clot distance, 15 min walking from La Sagrada. Nice neighborhood. Excellent breakfats.

Air-conditioning was a bit hit and miss only working some of the time. The fridge light started flicking around 3am so I just turned it around. It was still flicking when I checked out, but reception said they would report it to maintenance, they did say I could have rung reception to have it fixed, but who wants to disturb someone at 3am when you can just turn it around.

Great location and staff friendly and very helpful. Bed was comfortable.

Dated furnishings, feels like I'm in somebody's grandmother's toilet. Housekeeping is quite poor. The room had a tissue box provided...with no tissues replenished. Even on the 2nd day we were there, housekeeping did not replenish. Also, we left a yoghurt out expecting it to be cleared but nope, it was left there to rot in the warn room until we were back in the evening. Very small space! Long corridor right at the entrance eats up part of your room space. Barely had enough room to open one medium and one small luggage.

Water pressure is good Generally clean. All the basic facilities of a hotel as expected.

The restaurant policy to charge for the first night without any warning, then return the money and charge it again was bonkers and I've never had this kind of system anywhere else.

Location was convenient for us because the train station was close. It was decent for one night stay and the room was clean.

The premium room we were offered was a pure disaster, but speaking with the ladies at the desk we were offered free of charge a much better room with some nice view over the street. The ladies were more helpful than the guy we met the night we arrived. The premium room does not do justice to the hotel , it is great place to stay honestly…. A top spot

The lady that s cleaning the room is amazing. The room was spotless, the 2 ladies at the desk very helpful and finally the breakfast is a game changer for the hotel. The location too is very convenient with the metro near by, some good restaurants, shops not so far away
