A lovely roof terrace with fabulous views across the roof tops. The apartment is very well-located for easy walking to all the main sites plus into town for the bars and restaurants.

The house has been very tastefully renovated and decorated with great artistic flair down to the smallest of details like the crockery. The owner Jaime was very helpful, we couldn't have asked for more. The kitchen and all facilities were very good. The shower pressure was incredible. The roof top terrace was a bonus.

Very beautiful and comfortable apartment. It looked new and had really cool lighting. A comfortable bed, nice living area and a beautiful rooftop patio. Great location with easy parking nearby. Our host met us there and was so friendly and helpful. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer to enjoy the place.

The apartment was extremely well equipped, nice and clean. It is fun to stay at the terrace and enjoy the sun. Also with kids its great to be there, because there is everything you need in the kitchen. The parking is just around the corner. We recommend to stay there when you visit Antequera!

Only that we stayed for a night, would be so pleasant so spend much longer here. Such a cute, cozy and clean accommodation

The most hospitable host we've ever had! The place was renovated so well with accents of old history. It was super close to many bars, restaurants and main attractions. We loved the hosts passion for his place, sharing information on his city and care for people. We cannot recommend this place enough! We are definitely coming back here.

Both Antiqueras and Casa Torre Hacho were very pleasant surprises. We chose to stay there after flying in to Malaga and en route to Granada. Our host Jaime was charming - responsive and helpful. The apartment was nicely designed, clean and had everything we needed. The roof terrace, with it's view of the castle, was a nice way to relax after the journey Antiqueras also offers the amazing rock formations of the El Torcal national park as well as the castle and the prehistoric Dolmens.

Couldn’t fault it, we liked everything!

The house is small but beautifully designed to make the most of the space. All fixtures and fittings are modern and of excellent quality. Immaculately clean and great communication with the host, Jaime. Interesting views from the roof terrace and easy, free parking nearby. Bakery, butcher and excellent greengrocer within five minutes walk.

Parking may be a challenge in peak season

Casa Torre Hacho is a gem in Antequera that exceeded our expectations. The one-bedroom house offers a delightful south west facing roof terrace with stunning views, providing a perfect spot to relax and soak in the town’s atmosphere. Located just a 7-minute walk from the town centre, the property is situated in a wonderfully quiet area. Jaime, the host, was exceptional - described as “lovely, helpful, and accommodating”. The apartment itself is remarkably impressive, with guests noting it is “very new and exceptionally clean and well equipped”. We cannot wait to return and would highly recommend Casa Torre Hacho to anyone seeking a peaceful, well-located base to explore this underrated destination

Beautifully designed and renovated home opening onto a quiet street near the centre of town. On two floors plus a roof-top terrace. Great bathroom with lots of water pressure. Host came to complete the new registration info and showed us on a map a list of places to eat. He suggested some great places which we tried, to our delight. Parking was one street up the hill, town centre was a short walk downhill.

We both loved everything about our 5 day stay. Jaime was extremely friendly and helpful. From providing us with restaurant recommendations, places of interest, supermarkets, to a tel no for a taxi to meet us from the airport in the early hours of the morning. The apartment itself is beautifully renovated, very modern but keeping lots of its tradition. Spotlessly clean and comfy. My personal favourites were the quaint front terrace looking down over the street and the roof top terrace where you could simply enjoy a glass of wine and take in the rays. Antiquera is a hidden gem. We stumbled upon it by accident but so glad we did. Restaurants, bistros. supermarkets all within walking distance and a bus that took us into Malaga for the day and on to the airport. Thank you once again Jaime, we would highly recommend 😊

Nothing at all. Perhaps blackout curtains in the bedroom but otherwise everything was perfect.

Jaime's house exceeded our expectations. It has been beautifully restored, retaining some traditional features and everything appears brand new. It is spotlessly clean. The bed is super comfortable, the shower is excellent, the towels were fluffy, and the charming rooftop terrace with views over to the fabulous Alcazar is a real bonus. We loved its location in a quiet part of Antequera, only a 15 minute walk to the centre, and free parking just a few minutes walk away. Antequera is a lovely town, friendly people, spotlessly clean streets, fabulous architecture and history, set in a stunning mountain backdrop. Jaime is a super host, very friendly and helpful, and responded quickly to my numerous questions. We've already booked to go back next year!

I liked everything. Just maybe to say that the length of the kitchen worktop is fine for a short stay, but if you want to cook a lot, it might be a bit challenging.

The property has recently been renovated, and it is excellent. It is decorated with an elegant taste. Jaime, the owner, met us at the property with the air con on, which was fantastic as there was a heat wave and the temperature was quite high outside. He is very friendly and gave us some information about how to get the best from our Antequera visit. The sofa bed is great and easy to unfold/fold. The kitchen has all the gadgets needed. I loved the design of the plates with Picasso's patterns. The roof terrace is perfect for al fresco dinner and for stargazing.

A couple of small things needed attention- loose toilet and tricky French door). Didn’t bother us and Jaime was in the process of having them addressed. As others have noted, the stairs lacked full rails. There is a metal bar hanging from the ceiling joists that provides a grip. However, it would not be suitable for young children or people with mobility issues.

Great host! Wonderful communication, Jaime met us at the apartment and showed us how everything worked. Fully applianced kitchen with both tea kettle, coffee maker, and oversized toaster to warm up the yummy local bread that Jaime provided for us 😊 was great! The apartment was modern and sparkling clean and it was clear Jaime cared for the property and his guests. Loved the washer and the outdoor shower and roof-deck. Location is great as well, free public parking within 5 minutes walk (though be careful-the parking is down a steep hill after a sharp bend). Easy walk to town. There’s a fantastic restaurant, Saborio del Hacebuche, where we had an absolutely fabulous meal. Antequera is a gem of a town. It feels safe and authentic with a real local feeling to it. Plus, people are kind to tourists! The Alcazaba is beautiful, especially at sunset. We also loved the almond/melon cake with a dusting of cinnamon sugar from the nuns of the Convent of Belén.

Great little flat, newly refurbished. Very tastefully done, with everything you might need for a short stay. Great location - just a few minutes walk form the town centre and the Alcazaba. Roof terrace offers views of the town and Alcazaba. Jaime was very helpful and we had a good chat. He took time with us to explain everything about the flat, but also shared plenty of recommendations about where to eat (my son is vegan) and what to see. Really useful
