We felt like home. Calm in the middle of Marbella August crowds. Beautiful property with a nice pool and intimacy of a small hotel. We got a room not looking at the pool, but the side path and it was all very calm and private even when other guests’ kids were playing in the pool. Garden was very well kept and the staff extraordinary.

Casa Tess is like a dream! It’s a little oasis that was just what we needed after a busy vacation. We were able to relax and enjoy the pool. We played games and read with windows open and a breeze blowing through. It was delightful! Breakfast was wonderful! The staff was amazing! I hope we travel this way again for another stay at Casa Tess.

The listing is not accurate. It said there was fitness suite and suggested, through questions, that pool was heated. It didn’t affect the stay but the listing needs updating.

The location was perfect for what we needed. We had the casita which was lovely and plenty of room and the gardens were very calming . Nothing was too much trouble and breakfasts superb. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is very beautiful and quiet, we were welcomed from a young couple and they were very caring and friendly. The room is spacious and comfortable with good lightening and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good, they offer fresh and locally grown vegetables and have even berries. Parking situation is safe as well

For us, nothing really.

The breakfast is very good with nicely prepared toast each day. Also on request eggs and bacon were prepared. The location, although some 12 km from Estepona, turned out to be very good for us. We like quiet places which are easily accessible both way in and way out. It felled "como en casa." The people and their service was really very good.

Not a single thing

I honestly thought there was a mistake at the gate when I saw 2 stars because it should be 5. When we arrived, we got a free upgrade to the house as we had a big dog with us, the house was amazing. There is a bar and pool table, comfy couches. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was powerful and hot and the overall heating AC within was fantastic. The breakfast was very good too, options to sit inside and outside on the terrace. Breakfast changed everyday, different options to choose from. Tatianna and her staff were very attenative, always available, swimming pool area private, carport for the car with roof, everything was very clean and the garden was well maintained.

If we’re being very picky, the wardrobes, while offering plenty of storage, could use more long hanging spaces.

We loved the hotel’s perfect location between Marbella, Puerto Banús, and Estepona. It felt like our own private villa with a welcoming atmosphere, tasteful decoration, great breakfast, and wonderful staff.

New renovated rooms clean, nice towels and bathrobe. Sheets very well washed and smelling nice (not smelling the people who used it before you). Friendly and amazing staff. Breakfast super avocado egg and mozzarella tartines and overnight chia. Parking place at the accommodation. The pool is amazing. As you can read when visiting costa del sol you must stay here it is nice and quite to enjoy your vacation. Very well done Theresa! We will definitely come back soon.

The location was really far from everything. I would recommend renting a car if you plan to stay here other than that everything was on point
