It could have been easier to find , sat nav took us there but casa is on the Plaza Major and no road to it and it is in the corner . It was difficult to see it.

We found breakfast a bit strange, but saying that the host was more than friendly , he rang and reserved us a table at a local restaurant.

Everyone is so welcoming, friendly and hospitable. Even though we did not speak Spanish, everyone was still so helpful and tries their best to communicate with us. Breakfast was hearty and generous. It had been a wonderful stopover for us.

The owner was incredibly welcoming and friendly. He gave us great advice for where to go for a meal. The breakfast was excellent. Our dog was also made welcome. He got a lot of lovely comments. A great spot to spend overnight on our travels from Bilbao to Almería.

There was nothing that we didn´t like. There are a lot of antiques. Radios, paintings, bedheads, cupboards etc that add charm to the place. It is not luxurious, but charming in it´s own way and great value for money.

We felt very welcome here. The host was outstanding and went above and beyond what we expected. Juan was super helpful in local knowledge, places to eat, things to see etc. The breakfast was very good and for the price this is great value.

Nothing to dislike as the property had everything we needed, including a fridge/freezer, and a microwave oven just outside our room.

Juan was the perfect host and could not do enough to help us. The continental inclusive breakfast was basic but very good. Very good value for a 2 night stay. For an antique lover this would have been heaven as the house was full of antiques. A/C was a plus.

Lack of warm water for showers. Was very dusty but this was most likely due to repair work on the roof. The owner did apologise.

Fabulous welcome from the owner. Absolutely lovely our dog. €7.50 for a medium 15kg dog was great value. Google translate filled the gaps in our poor Spanish.

It is a family owned hotel. Arcitectually and furnished typical to the area. The owner, manager of the hotel tried hard to satisfy owr touristical needs. Inspite of our late arrival, around 1 am, he welcomed us warmly.

My only disappointment was finding that there was no hairdryer available in my room - I hope Juan can rectify this for the benefit of future lady guests!

Lovely location overlooking the attractive quiet plaza in the centre of the village, just behind the church. Plenty of street parking in the plaza and neighbouring streets. Although no on-site restaurant, the host was able to show me, on a village map, a nearby bar serving good food, just two minutes walk away. There is a cash machine just around the corner too. The house is fascinating and furnished in traditional Spanish style. The room was spacious, with a good ensuite shower room. The beds were comfortable. There was no street noise and I slept very well. Juan, the host, was attentive, kind and caring throughout my stay - bringing my case upstairs and even helping me upstairs because of my arthritic knee. He could not have done more to make me feel welcome. He is a huge dog lover and made a great fuss of my dog. Breakfast was fine: a platter of cold meat, cheese, fresh tomato, a banana, plus toast, butter and jams. Coffee/tea, bottled water and orange juice all provided. Second helpings of coffee and toast were offered. I felt my stay was very relaxing and excellent value for money.
